Sure. Try: early Liz Phair, Belly, Throwing Muses, Blake Babies. Julianna Hatfield solo. Letters to Cleo, Lush, Julie Doiron. Just search 90's alternative female bands. You'll find lots of them. Snail Mail would fit right in a long side all of those bands in the mid 90's.
Lindsey is phenomenal, especially for her age. She makes what she does seem effortless, which is a sign of true talent. And she comes across as a genuinely adorable, likeable person as well. Beyond that, she's nailed the 90s alt-rock vibe down exceptionally well (and you can definitely hear some of Mary Timony's influence in her playing style). She's just getting started. May she continue to spread her wings.
An extremely good guitar player. First time I've seen a Fender Jaguar BTW. She plays it like mixing a rhythm guitar and melodic solos at the same time. Impressive. And without much effort.. Riffs remind me more of The Cure though, just my op.
