I am so bummed because my Outlook Email updated and now I do not have this option. I searched for a tutorial and found this but this is for the old outlook. I have to send dozens of the same emails every week so this is a huge loss for me. Any idea on how to duplicate an entire email in the new outlook?
This works once you are using the outlook app originally installed on your windows, and does not work on browser outlook version (it opens find option)
How is this done on Outlook for Mac? You stripped out most of the useful features and you have no online documentation. Your quality control completely sucks lately!
@@crisrivera8572 Had to revert to "old outlook" and used the click and drag method in the drafts folder to duplicate emails. Very inconvenient since I like/use "new outlook" more. Hopefully Microsoft fixes this in the future.
#1: This only works in the desktop Outlook app. If you are using outlook in a web browser, this won't work. (he doesn't mention this in the video) #2: In the desktop app, it will only work if you click in the subject line and then ctl+F
Looks like a great idea but I played it over several times and I couldn't figure out the letter you're supposed to hit (I admit my hearing is not so good). Ctrl+ what, again? 😱

I'm on the same page as you. I wish they would bring this feature over. I switch back sometimes just to use it.
Thank you!! You just transformed my entire workday 🎉
Has to be one of my favourite shortcuts and I always forget it exists. Thanks for posting 👍👍

I normally do one email and put all email address under BCC. They won’t be able to see who else is getting the same email

this literally does nothing in my O365 Browser or Desktop Outlook. it's not conflicting with other keystrokes either.
Same for me. I have Outlook 365 on my MacBook Pro and can’t figure out how to mass produce drafted emails.
Thank you!
