Good old fashioned Rock & Roll! I seen three young bulls like that last week put the video on Facebook. Spent the day digging out a creek that cut through the bank for trapping trail. Good new country for this winter

I figured you would like the R&R M rat :)
Was a real nice eating fat little bull but if I was you I would be eating those nice fat sheep you all have there.

I still have a little bit of caribou so the sheep can wait for winter. Maybe next video can I make a request? Achy Breaky Heart, by Hanna Montana's dad?

That's Epic! Glad I found your channel. Is that a 742 Woodsmaster? I've had a couple in 30.06.

Delicious looking young bull :) I'm gonna start moose hunt next saturday. How do you store the meat? Drying, smoking, freezing, ...? Ten points for the Nazareth :)

I make some jerky and sausage I made about 25 lbs ea of bratwurst and Italian sausage already and still have to make summer and breakfast sausage yet.
I have about half ground up and the other half into steaks and roast some years I jar some.
good luck on your hunt !

yukonjeffimagery Thanks! I also made sausage couple of weeks ago. Used beef and pork, no fresh moose available. I was roughly following the south african boerewors recipe. I like its spices. Added also some smoke flavor in my smoker.

Pork and beef is pretty expensive here I might try and mix some pork next batch if I can find a decent piece.

yukonjeffimagery Fatty pork side or belly or bacon, however you call it, is a great additive in the sausage.

Good eating meat I'm sure didn't wait for the antler bulls as most hunters do.
