Please see my experience in managing the severest of pain I’ve had in my life (and I have experienced two very long difficult births and they were waaaayyy easier)

I reduced my agonising crying out loud pain (I wanted to chop off my lower half entirely it was that bad and that constant) by going to a low sugar & low carb diet, then I took a gamble and I reduced my anti depressants from 50mg to 30mg then after about 6 months, I went carnivore and now only have 10% of the pain for a couple of days before my period so must be triggered by hormone imbalance.
I tried to cut down from 30mg to 20mg over a few weeks but the pain crept in again - that was what prompted me to try a stricter diet.
And yes I had tried everything that was not surgical previously

Please see my experience in how I reduced extremely severe pain, the sort you rock yourself to sleep with (but you can’t sleep) and cry and give up on life itself.
But I made changes and yes came out of the darkest pain tunnel I ever had in my life.

Heck, it's surreal to see those nasty shingles melt away, each passing day, and the relief is just hits the spot. Look, I really don't know if Kaena Ramingler's latest stuff if suited for all, but after go'ogling and using her advice, it's not that hard to make it possible within 3 days!
