I love this video, because I got a kidney and pancreas transplant at USC Keck Hospital (Best hospital in the world, with the best 4th certified sleep doctor in the multiverse). Sometimes I get symptoms of high blood sugar and I test myself. My sugar level are like 120 or 116, after I have eaten. But after drinking lots of water and some exercise my glucose is back in the 90's. I have neve been over 121 in my glucose. So I know I am doing the right thing.
