good day doctor. I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis of the chest in 2018 just recently and incidentally thru an MRI was found that I had multiple lesions of the spleen. Doctor sent me to a PET/CT the radiologist was leaning more towards sarcoidosis but because there are other lymph nodes mildly enlarged in the abdominal area he wants to send me to a gastro to get a biopsy to rule out something out. Well shit, it turns out I have catathrenia. I've been tracking my sleep with an app and you can listen to sounds it records. Interesting stuff but yeah it was like a year ago when I first tried out the app and that's what I heard. Groaning. And even before then, I've been told that I sound like a zombie when I sleep by my parents and sisters. I was on a summer camp trip and I was so afraid to fall asleep every time because I knew that these mfs were going to be frightened by me. Eventually I decided "fuck it" and got my full hours of sleep, but sure enough someone one morning was saying that they heard someone groaning during the night and I immediately knew that was me. This sucks. At least I know what it's called and I can treat it.
