We’re going to get through this soon and hopefully we will look back at this time as a period of self growth and mental improvement . For me I am using this time as an opportunity to do some reflecting on my life, my family, friendships and my secret goals. I am also allowing myself to do some hiking, trail running, fast walking and plyometrics. God knows how much I miss the water. My heart hurts and goes out to all of us for not being able to do what we love. Keep the faith.

If found that simply trying to straighten my legs got my glutes tightening etc. Just straighten legs
