Thank you very much, coach, for raising a very important question about Catch up long time and explaining it in detail. Catch up long time is a question that troubles countless adult swimmers.
Good point about breathing being naturally connected with shoulder rotation- hadn’t heard that as clearly before. Cheers per usual!! 🇦🇺🇺🇸
Great shout on the custom ear plugs. We’ve been wearing them for a long time here. It’s also worth mentioning that some people can suffer with cold water vertigo, whereby the cold water hits the ear drums and affects balance making you feel dizzy when standing up out of the water.
Yes! I always use earplugs, glad to hear I'm not alone. I had problems in the past where my ears got blocked for over a week, so now I almost never risk not using them.
Me too. After use earplugs, the problem is solved.
Thanks for the swimming wisdom and inspiration.
2 beat kick with a high stroke rate for events 1500+ like Paltrinieri and Wiffen has been a gamechanger for me.
Thanks a lot for sharing man! BTW, are you planning to make a video about how you would complement weight lifting to swimming and what routine would you follow in order to prevent injuries and build strength? I think a lot of us would be really interested about that! Keep up the good work!! 💪💪

Greetings from Chicago. Really love your UA-cam videos; I'm often very inspired. Currently working on learning bi-lateral breathing, and it's kicking my butt. Any help is appreciated!
You can practice in a pool with a kick board and maybe fins or pull buoy, so you can focus on just the pulls and breath. You can repeat the same, less favored, side; start slow and relaxed and speed up the movement if it's going well. Then practice alternating.
Do a neck warm-up by blowing bubbles to the left and right, face down while holding on to the side of the pool. When you start swimming stretch out more on the weaker side and don’t rush. Try to replicate everything you do on your strong side.
I am interested in antifog goggles, kindly tell companys name make it available on Amazon and Flipkart.
