Lol it is true tho. if you pass on a small sentence in a room over 20 or more it will not come back the way it was said. im fascinated by fascinating facts to cliff. haaa
Don't pay any attention to the comments you received because they are being silly, the answer to you're question is yes cheers was filmed in front of a live studio audience. Your wellcum!
The twin could have really killed his brother by mistake if he believed that his brother was himself due to a paranoia-based delusion. e.g., If he had Schizophrenia and believed himself to either be cloned or already outside of his own body, he could have easily believed that he was killing himself. Being a psychiatrist, Dr. Crane should know this.
C Johnson Well said. Back in the day politics was mostly discussed among people who knew each other, and thus was more polite and rational overall; plus you often found validity in several other folks' opinions. These days people can be anonymous and therefore act like pricks if they want. Also true - with the internet almost any whacko can find people who have the same views as them and thus they can 'hang out' in a place where everyone shares the same nonsensical views, thus reenforcing them.
C Johnson Truth. Several times on here I've had those little punks make threats.... "I'll find you soon enough," etc. But I know that 90% of them wouldn't dare say anything in a social situation, at work, or in a bar, or to another man's face, anywhere. Cheers man.
Suicidal twin kills brother by mistake - genius writing.
That was so good, the rest of the scene does not measure up.
Honest mistake
Cliff is the only one that could tell that joke!!
The twin thought he was looking in a mirror but his twin was just standing in a doorway, honest mistake.
@@joemckim1183, it could have been that or worse-e.g., if he believed that he was cloned or outside of his own body.
"can't print it unless it's the truth" it blows my mind that so many over there and here in the UK still believe that crap.
Yes, this clip was from about thirty years ago, but there are so many people just like Cliff in today's society. I'm embarrassed for them.

Loved the show
Was cheers filmed before a live studio audience?
Not sure, it's never mentioned
@@justvin7214 you'd think they say it at the top of the show .... by different cast members. Oh well.

A psychiatrist would have to cancel all his other appointments for the next month if he had a patient like that.
@@fransbuijs808 , he would probably leave the mental-health profession altogether unless he’s handled equally-traumatic cases.

One of the best things about Cheers was that it was pretty apolitical. Unlike most of the people who are on the YT comments these days.
