DUDE RARGH, IM HIGH AS FUCK BUT YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS, THE STORE HAS TUNA 35:41 YOU CAN MAKE TUNA POTATO MAYBE ITS 22 FOOD SO BEST IN GAME FOOD
1. Farm rune kite
2. Buy archer helm with money from rune kite farm
3. Farm Tarn's Lair zombies for a few ranging pots
4. Farm chaos druids for herbs - you will need loads of prayer pots for fights/crazy archeologist anyway, and you need to reach that 61 range - plus, those mithril bolts they drop will come in handy
5. Tourist trap quest might be a good option to boost herblore once the tiles are open
6. Get a house!
7. Temple of Ikov quest for 10,5k ranging + 8k fletching xp - though you need 20 limp roots - you can farm hobgoblins at crafting guild, where you can also collect snape grass

Well, he's decided it doesn't matter whether he wins or loses each episode because the difference in prizes is so small. He only cares about the final.
That isn’t the problem. The gear is pretty good. It’s the not having prayer pots. Hope he gets those soon or it will be 4 loses

Bo Luan ye its too bad this isnt the way to go, the goal is to win the episode or at least make it competitive ...range path is so easy too, he wasted so much time getting his hunter up « i dont think im gonna hunt more impling » like why the f not , homie get that advantage over link and he discards it( couldve made the difference this episode too... 3 food left lol )even tho link trolled most of this episode his side of the serie is so much more entertaining to do since he actually upgrade his account and has a good grasp of what hes trying to do instead of running around like an headless chicken trying to « plan for the last couple fights » so basically this serie is filler episodes now, come back in a few weeks for real pvp challenges lol

Is it me, or is Link almost an entire episode ahead of Rargh now? Honestly, if Rargh had prayer pots, he would win for sure.
That's kind of the point though, if Rargh had prayer pots he would demolish Link... especially when he gets the rune crossbow. That thing is 10 x as good as a rune scimitar which is the only thing Link can get at the moment.

•spend like two or three hours at chaos druids for herbs and prayer pot spam him

What do you think about an 'Underdog' rule where, if either of them lose 3 fights in a row, their Respective 'Teams' could 'Bring In Reinforcements'.
i.e. Have the community vote between a number of options (reinforcements) that Rargh & Link can agree on, like a specific amount of Combat Exp, Skilling Exp, a Specific Consumable, A head start on a Quest, or anything else that might be just what the loser (for lack of a better word) needs to stand a chance in the next fight.
And, It should definitely be of lesser value than the rewards for winning a fight.

Rargh - Next episode Game Plan -
40k reward into range to get almost 60 range.
Kill Ice Troll Runts to 61 range. This will get you a rune kite and hopeful several more rune items for money. (Will take about an hour and a half)
Sell all the items and buy a bunch chaos runes and air runes
Fire Bolt Crazy Arch for the rest of the episode (minus buying food) - Hopefully get RCB and/or power ammy and/or Red DHide Top and/or Prayer pots

@@Rargh maybe grab a couple loads of food to save retriping later in the ep if your going to use the good food for crazy or invest a bit in cheaper food to grind with like lobbies on Jatizso he sells 10 starts at 77 coins near a bank to thow some in to use later on you should be close for the ice trolls any way , i think this is part of the reason Link is doing RFD to easily make potato with cheese to grind with

the problem is no one sells good bolts and the Fletching level needed to make make iron is f-ing 39 , and you think Rargh will go out of his way to make blurite to grind with even thou its over double the bonus , or is he going to make/buy the cheep bronze bolts being the only bolt he can buy saving his mith bolts from druids for fights unless i dont know about some bolt store that is not coming up when i look it up (55 slayer is going to be rough to get for broad bolts)
Wasted your time satisfying the magic soy boys killing Crazy Arch.. you could’ve bought an archer helm with the cash and farmed trolls longer for rune kite.

I knew this series would just devolve into overhead spam once I heard they were allowed, Hopefully in 50 episodes when they have switches it will be a bit more interesting to watch the fights.

It's incredibly lame. I really don't understand the point of allowing overheads. Especially when, no offense, they're naturally not pkers or mechanically great.
I'm thoroughly convinced that neither of them will be able to pull of 2-3 way switches remotely competently, so i wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

Smithing platebodies? I dunno about that one... I'm fairly certain killing trolls, even with a rune scimmy and melee stats in the 50s will make more gp/hr than even maxed smithing buying the ores and running around. Not to mention you'll be gaining much more valuable exp in the process.

No way I'm talking just a one time thing lol an event for everyone essentially. It doesn't have to interfere with the series. They stream plenty of times doing zulrah and other such so just take one of those days to throw a community event.
These videos are very well made I like how it consistently switches back and forth between link and rargh to keep the viewer entertained (like a movie) keep up the great work guys!

A Morty he can't do what link did unless they do another xp reward (non combat) because rargh fucked up by not doing druidic ritual before that xp reward
@@ayupduck4536 I suggested this before but he could get few free prayer pots and super restores by starting the Zogre quest or during the Fremmy Isles to win at least 1 or 2 fights while he figures out herblore. I think the Zogre quest is now doable since Link managed to finish the Chompy hunt. The Digsite could boost his herblore a bit and and allow him to get more Varrock's museum exp rewards as well as complete some easy Achievement diaries for exp lamps.
It's been said, but the next reward really needs to be another skill xp. This herblore disparity is total bs and needs to be equalized. Frankly, I'm disappointed that Rargh unilaterally handicapped himself like that just because he hadn't done the quest; the reward was EXPERIENCE, like a giant genie lamp. Rargh not doing the quest shouldn't have prevented that giant genie lamp. Should have deferred the xp until after doing the quest. But at this point it's becoming a really unfair, unsatisfying, and snowballing (because of all the wins) advantage for Link. And despite guaranteed losses each round, Rargh still has to spend ages getting bolts; might as well throw the fights and save the time.

He chose range - the part where his damage is based on items you throw away - link chose melee a damage based off of one item you keep hold of
So though range is faster in terms of output, it's offset by the fact he has to get bolts each time as they break, a factor that wasn't completely thought through probably because he's never had to make his own weaponry before unlike the good old days before ge spamming "buying x for x gp each" or doing it yourself
If Rargh gets just one prayer pot drop he would win fights.

Whenever you get the chance, I think you should buy some feathers and start getting no time fletch xp while you're running around. You'll eventually want to make enchanted darts for your rune crossbow, and it would be better not to spend the time you could be using elsewhere. Spend gold to save time whenever possible. Time's the real limited resource. Look into faster travel methods. See if you can complete a diary for a useful reward. But most importantly, keep those knees breezy and that voice wheezy. We love you Rargh.
Link and Rargh i just want you both to know something. i have absolutely enjoyed the whole season one. i also look forward to every single Tuesday and Thursday because i know the next episode is coming i dont even play OSRS because i play RS3 but i cant get enough of either of you. i love what you 2 are doing. i mean i am #TeamLink since day one... i love his voice LOL. all the same i just wanted to say thank you to the both of you!!!
If you are going for Season 3 ideas:
Would be fun if the squares that is getting unlocked is getting decided by a randomizer.
You could add a prize that the victorious getting to decide two squares to be unlocked and the loser only gets one square.
Make a rule about starting the episode, if you have to start in a specific spot, if you can have items ready etc.
Love the series and keep up both of you! :)
Damn, that mith kite is killin ya Kins. I think the rune kite will bring some serious balance back to the fights. Given that with no pots and similar food you are able to do that much damage, mitigating even 15-20% of what Link is doing makes these PVPs a whole new thing!

Get the kite shield and archers helm and grind herb for prayer pots. You will surely get this! #teamrargh btw, the only good thing for magic is for gathering shit and enchanted bolts. Range was the best decision of this entire series

@rargh ur on the right track the wins will come in shortly i feel like u should really use a mage/range/def build keep him away from. U with snare and other spells ikn u would be sacrificing some food for the runes and etc but he is doin melee and even if he takes his armor off u have range that will hit him if u switch properly ur doin great tho

Tick eating will save you from massive hit combos, but there is a longer wait duration after eating before you can hit again. It doesn’t save time in this way

Next episode: Train range on ogresses until 61. That gets you the range req AND MONEY. Use cash to buy archer helm AND runes. Use runes to kill crazy archeologist.

This was a great first episode as a team link fan :). Also Rargh, your dominant strategy is easily grinding an episode at chaos druids. So many easy xp and herblore xp.

I think you lads might need to increase the time limit for each episode, 4 hours doesn't seem long enough to actually make progress anymore. Don't want things getting stale.
Link you can get so many upgrades next episode, 50k into attack get 60 go do lost city and get dragon dagger throw some poison on it. Gives you recurring damage, a spec weapon and KO potential! Then spend all episode doing RFD and get good gloves and you'll have probably 2+ damage added to max hit.

What do you mean by final fight when talking about the wild pies? Aren't the fights at the end the final ones or is there a big season finale fight coming?
You must have not watched the first episode. Once the whole map is unlocked they do the final fight. Winner of that fight wins the season. Basically that's the only fight that matters.
Man gotta say link doing some big brain quest item strats. maybe not the best use of time but creative though.
This series can be saved if the next episodes reward is enough skill XP to get rargh prayer pots
