It was worth the wait! For the next fight you could get 2 free super restores by starting the Zogre quest. The Chompy bird hunting has to be completed but I don't think any other requirements are a must have. You can get free prayer potions during the Fremmy isles quest too.
Rargh I would just like to point out at 7:07 that these sailors work very hard for their money. The captain, Steve, is a personal friend of mine and he has a huge debt because of the loans he had to take to afford his ship. On top of that, his wife left him for some weirdo that laughs like a seagull. So no, life hasn't been kind to him. However, things are looking up for him because I saw last week with a big smile on his face. You know what he said to me? GO TEAM LINK!

Salamanders are decent, but pray mage works vs all atk styles, sure it gives exp in different skills but all dmg is mage based, it is good vs his rune armor tho, when he takes it off u can't poke him with the rune sword.

I’m so upset. Rargh going for the hunter crossbow was so good, his setup is actually really decent but he makes mistakes that prevents him from smashing these fights like he should be. But it’s alright. I’m here for journey. Rarghs gonna get him. The time is coming.

you now have Lumbrig unlocked so you can start RFD for easy food from the calamancer chest... the food shop slowly unlocks as you do the sub quests so do all the subs you can for the easy butter you can buy. and get that food and equipment advantage over Link.

Smithing seems to be just an okay skill in general usually one of the last 99s on all accounts. They should do what they did with nightmare zone to give a small bonus to certain items. With your smithing skill you could enhance armor with just slightly better bonuses and it will make the skill way less trash.
"Everything seemed so useless" what are you gonna use smithing for though? You buy all new armour upgrades and your crossbow outclasses most knives. You can use it to make some GP maybe, but is that worth the EXP?
i can't remember if i tried to mage or range, but i learned the hard way that you really have to go melee for the black knight titan, he has +1000 def on mage and range
For Lost City you also need to chop that tree which is in the map square west of lumby castle I think, and talk to the adventurers who are there. So has Link actually unlocked it now?
After killing crazy archaeologist how do you plan to get good bolts?(ady at least?) Do you think gnome restaurant would be viable?Btw, you could try killing fire Giants in brihaven for xp and some money

you should raise your hunter more and go for red salamander. it can attack all 3 styles so he'll have to guess if he wants to pray against you

If you do another season like this, the square unlock picking at the end is really great. Think it could be a weekly thing
Maybe the person who picks the tile would have exclusive access to that tile that week. Then it gets unlocked for the other player the next week.
