yo i watch your videos all the time. thanks for making time to share your experience, which incidentally is my experience (cus i am happy for you). can you talk about the best way to build an indoor pool that swims to an outdoor pool? I am in a winter state, so it means it needs to be closed out during the cold months. I know its possible, just wanted an idea. perhaps u can use the idea in a new home project.
Looks old, should've made it more modern, and the staircase is too low, make the second floor higher, and bro, you need a lot more furniture, and the room with the high ceiling is too high, makes it look like your in a dollhouse. nice size house though.
The exterior looks nice but the interior is lacking. I've seen so many mansions on UA-cam, where the designer/architect made the interior feel 'homey' but grand at the same time. This place feels like being an ant in a house. So cold, the furniture looks miniature and s catered with no real flow or purpose. It almost feels like 'builder basics' when it comes to mansion. Building a mansion is about marrying grandeur and functionality and taste together. This mansion fails in that aspect. But hey, you can only build as good as your skilled tradesmen right? Hope they hired a phenomenal interior designer.
This house,while it does contain some beautiful Points,it is in its DNA crude,rude,wasteful...and yes.. new.not that that should be it's striving example

What is the minimum plot size required if we want to build such a staircase in our villa?
