    i bet the water on the roof helps to passively cool the house.... countering the effect of the solar heat radiating into the space with all the windows. i love it.

    As far as beach houses go, this is about as good as it gets. These lots are typically small, but the builder utilized four stories + a basement or something so that it has absolutely everything, even two pools and a movie theater. I think I love the master bedroom the most, a tiny indoor outdoor oasis with its own pool, which is divine. I love the outdoor area that connects straight to the beach with a see through pool, I also love the ripple ceiling and just how natural light permeates everywhere, even though it’s a multi story building, the entry way is quite amazing, too, and the little shaded walkway on the side, so much attention to detail.

      Meh. It looks exactly like 100 other billionaire homes. It doesn't have any personality and is clearly just as personal as a chip in a casino. Likely nobody will ever live there year round. All these properties look like hotels and I defy you to look at one and tell me what country they sit in.

    • @lolollolol5654

      this is pretty good, but not nearly "as good as it gets". there are hidden places in this world where absolute jewels of architecture are. I am saying it as an architect, for example last summer on vacation I was in an design wise better house then this on brac island, croatia. but i know naga architects and they are pretty goood, i must admit

    • @chenoweezi
      @chenoweezi 9 місяців тому

      @@lolollolol5654 Agreed, very far away from as good as it gets. There are many many beach front mega homes that surpass this. Mind you there are also beach front homes, not a gulf front home and most probably reclaimed leaving it man made. Also not a fan of these properties as they're built right on the property boundary - I don't believe you can ever feel a sense of privacy(my property boundary is wider and I still don't). All in all not a bad home though.

Is there an entryway in the 2nd floor "mini jungle" where the plants are so they can be tended to are they just left to thrive in "natural conditions"? 3. Does the water in the roof get filtered and renewed? Overall, it's a really wonderful mansion! Key takeaway in this video --- travertine. 😄

    That was a nice villa for Dubai. The greenery around the bathrooms was fantastic. The amount of light that was able to get in made the place stunning. It's so beautiful although I wonder if people who own properties like that, do they live alone or with lots of people when they have over 7 bathrooms and an unlimited number of bedrooms. Also, the natural light is very nice but in Dubai, it's very hot during summer, I wonder if the sun easily projecting into the whole house wouldn't make the whole place very hot despite the cooling systems. You would also be exposed to UV rays the whole day all the time which would be a downside to it. Imagine getting sunburns from inside your house. Other than that , the architecture is very beautiful and the outside is very incredible.

    I find this level of luxury in architecture to be kind of anti aesthetic. Also all these glass surfaces in an area with weather conditions of extreme sunlight makes this house to be WAY too anti-ecological. In general, architecture in areas like Dubai seems to be just looks and nothing but them, in terms of architectural point of view. The absent of the research of the surrounding environment leads to an architecture that looks way too disconnected from its environment.

    It's very modern, but not cold. I guess it's because of the light, the reflection of the water and the warmer tones. It's very nice.

    Oh boy, theres some really well thought out and unusual design elements there. The green corridors in the master suite, the rippling water roof reflections etc. And some questionable elements - glass floors - I'm guessing the architects were male.😂. Fantastic, mostly, though.

    I absolutely loved watching this video. The mansion showcased here is truly stunning. The vibrant colors and lush greenery surrounding the house add so much vibrancy and life to the environment. It's incredibly clever how it seamlessly transitions to the beach, offering that breathtaking view. And those pools adjacent to the bedrooms? Simply breathtaking. Kudos to the team for such an impressive job. Dubai truly seems like the ultimate destination to experience such luxury and beauty.

    If you wanna be successful, you must take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to making you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life...

    This is a beautiful house. It would be crazy to say otherwise. But, there is a major pro and a con to it at the same time. They have literally designed absolutely everything for you, is basically like a 5-stars hotel, that is provided if you love the design. However, if you don't, it really doesn't allow hardly any room for your own customization. For example, if you are not a fan of travertine, to say you have a major problem in your hands would be the understatement of the century. LOL. Personally, I don't mind a bit of travertine, but just not this much as in on ALL the floors, walls as well as wall shelving inside and outside including all the bathrooms? That is a heck of a lot of travertine! LOL. Imagine if you like white oak flooring or if your style is more contemporary and prefer having polished concrete floors instead? Or if you don't want travertine on the walls? You will have to pretty much jackhammer the entire place. The good news is it does look very nice as it is, but is just hard to make it your own apart from your furnitures.
