Personally I think turning red is a movie that’s hated for no reason. it’s good, it has very expressive animation, the time period is very unique compared to others. People who say it’s bad are people who think the whole movie is about female periods which they made one joke about, stop giving it hate sure it’s not the 10/10 film but leave it alone Disney has done 100x worse.
i agree i liked it i dont get why everyone hates on it
the movie makes sense, doesnt give you headache unlike wish and lightyear and chip n dale rescuers, like the original concept and RED PANDAS
Cause its a cringe ass movie
@@serinruzgar4896 cringe doesn’t mean bad
@@serinruzgar4896 It's not cringe at all... lmao
i thought it was great and fresh :D
Turning Red is underrated
I thought they did a great job on turning red, it worked visually for me in the end
No fr, the visuals were amazing!
People love to hate on literal children, if you’ve ever been around preteen girls everything people complain about is just like- how children act lmao
And it's literally annoying and hateable lmao
Asian Tween Fever Dream?!
I like it. As someone who doesn't watch much Anime, this felt extremely fresh. And I think faulting this movie for being "cringey" is like faulting Game Of Thrones for being dark. Or faulting the genie from Aladdin for being silly at times.
You have good point! The movie was made to be cringy, if they didn't want that they wouldn't have made it that way
@@BrewsBrownies I always wondered what exactly made this movie "cringe." Is the concept very poorly executed? Does it reflect values or beliefs that the creators once held dear but now vehemently reject? Or is it that the characters do cringey stuff?
If the third instance applies well then, that's kind of the point of the movie.
"Thick mums"☠️
Turning Red is FAR from being bad. It's actually a pretty good film...
It was way too overlooked, the plot is underrated
Lightyear is the true bad one.
Okay, that's one side of that coin. That feels kind of like a modern problem, since there was some anime awareness among the Disney company in the '80s and '90s, even if said awareness wasn't public at the time. Then again, the landscape of anime back then was different, when there was awareness of Studio Ghibli, TMS, and Osamu Tezuka, but not as much awareness of Akira Toriyama, who furthered the exaggerations of anime.
How about the other side of that coin, where in the '80s/'90s, TV animation was usually outsourced to overseas companies like TMS and Toei? You know, when Japanese studios do animation for US works in a US style? You know, like DuckTales, Transformers (which is more of a toss-up), Inspector Gadget, The Real Ghostbusters, Rainbow Brite, Batman: The Animated Series, and Animaniacs? You can always spot a few anime-isms there.
How ironic. And anime was inspired by Disney at the beginning.
Why did he make the video 5 times longer than ot needed to be 😭
صعوبة الفن هي في بساطته.
Honestly, anime and 3D never mixed. Ghibli and Pokemon already made theirs and they look hideous !
I hate turning red
I hate Turning Red so fucking much.
Why?

Twerking child
Stereotypical town and houses
Etc.
Me too... These characters irritate me. Their manners and facial expressions. And I don’t like this style. In short, it's not for me.
@@CubeAnimator cuz it sucks
