- Here is a very fun video unboxing a polygon T9. I was definitely not expecting to get this bike but am very excited that I got it!!! Looking forward to my time on this bike while I have it!!!

Awesome! My T7 also came extremely well packed. I kept the Velcro and foam for a while thinking “wow this will be really nice for something else later on”. Freaking love my polygon can’t wait for nice weather and dry trails. Also can’t wait to see your ride on this amazing T9

I love my polygon D5 I upgraded it alot now, the T9 should be super awesome!! Even my D5 came with all those foam velcro straps and tools and stuff! Have fun with it.

I use the velcro to tie my t8 to my truck for transport. Definitely useful straps.

I bought the polygon cascade 4 2 years ago. Paid $400 and it came with a ton of those foam velcro straps. I still have a bunch I use it to hold the front wheels to the downtube when I have one of my bikes in the workstand.
So awesome they come even on the budget bikes! Absolutely love that!

I have a T8. Polygon tells you to save the packaging and use it for travel. Specifically air travel.

It has a very nice gold shimmer to it in the sun. It is a very nice paint job!
My son’s D24 came with the exact same packaging with velcro straps and foam straps.

I bought a $500.00 Marin from bikesonline 1+ year ago and can confirm this is how they package their bikes! Very surprising and secure. I kept the Velcros and use them all the time.

So my polygon Cascade was packaged exactly like that and I still have most of velcro straps I use them to hold things down still to this day and that was 3 years ago!

Pretty sweet rig for sure. I’d like to see a comparison between the T9 and the YT Jeffsy Core 2. The YT is priced at $2700 and I feel the YT is spec’d with better brakes and wheels/hubs. Look forward to the follow up on this

Nice bike! I almost picked this up, but then Costco had big sale on the intense 951 carbon for $1900, couldn’t pass that up.

My T8 came boxed exactly like that. The only problem was that they needed more derailleur protection. My hangar was bent and the thing that was supposed to protect it was dangling loose. Other than that, went together pretty well.
Just out of curiosity did you reach out to get it fixed or did you handle it yourself?
I got a T8 last summer. and thats how mine came in as well. Wish i could do a trade in and get the T9 that much more for the price yeah, if it was available last year, would have in a heartbeat. All the mtb videos i have posted are on my T8

I really like the Polygons. They really can go toe to toe with big expensive bike brands. The T-Line MTBs are very good bikes for most riders and the T9 looks to be a trail heavy hitter

the T7 I had was wrapped up that good too! the T9 is a heck of a deal, I just got a frame yesterday and paid more for that.

The velcro and foam and styrafoam etc has come with all bikes from BikeOnline for me, not just Polygon brand, Marin also.
It is definitely very nice way to pack a bike!

Nice bike, if you're hungry for more unboxing I have my unboxing of my Polygon Syncline C5 carbon hardtail on my channel. I had similar great packaging, I use the Velcro straps & foam to hold it onto my car bike rack 🚴

I'm have 29' Polygon DSE size L, this 170mm droper post is too big for me...
What is your leg inseam?
@@chickensendies I'm 185 cm tall, my leg inseam are like 84 cm. I had to resell the 170mm dropper and order a 125mm one, that's the drawback with these models, you need to try them on before buying.
@olehkrutko6421 that is interesting. You are taller and have a longer inseam than I do but 170 dropper is fine for me.
