    It’s really great!
    So fun to return to ballet poses and exercises after all these years.
    For me it feels the best way to workout and strengthen the body.

    Love this!! Would you consider doing a full length..like maybe 30mins...cardio workout with these lovely ballet moves?

      It’s hard to say since it depends on your current weight and how much effort you put into your workout...but ballpark figure who be around 60 calories in 8 minutes. 👍🏼

    my quads are sore and even though i use my core its hard for me to do grand battement:-( i did foam rolling it any tips?

      Barbie Lee Be sure you’re thinking of lifting your legs from your inner thighs instead of gripping your quads. I suggest doing this stretch workout often ua-cam.com/video/sGn9AQK7OPQ/v-deo.html and also try this workout which focuses on strengthening your external rotators so you’ll be able to lift your legs correctly ua-cam.com/video/kOUBDnwBrnY/v-deo.html 💕💕💕

    Is low impact less effective than high impact? It’s not really HIIT? can you explain please? :)

      In my opinion, HIIT workouts don’t necessarily have to be fast or high impact in order to be “high intensity.” As a former professional dancer, some of the highest intensity combinations of movement I’ve ever done are in fact very slow and controlled and low (or no) impact...but of course require an insane amount of muscle engagement, strength, and balance...THAT makes it super intense! 🙌🏼😘💗
