The all dressed chips are really good, and I have to say they bought the horrible kind that like..no one buys. And the poutine does NOT look like that. It's more cheesy, and more gravy..wow. They use those yellow curds to mix with the white ones then presses them to make that block of two color cheese we all know as cheddar. It has never been mozzarella
