I worked with a guy from Bali in Alaska.
He got a 60lb suckling pig for His Birthday.
He BBQed it first, THEN Deep fried 1/2 of it in a turkey fryer.

I knew him as Moe (I think short for Mohamed but idk?) He told me he was at a large shipping port in Bali, and heard some sailors talking about how quiet, and solitary Alaska is, so he singed up to work on a ship that would end up in Alaska.
Jen when I tell you that every Birthday, Holiday, Birth or Death his friends bought pigs for him to work his magic.
We literally begged him to open a restaurant of Bali food. But he loved to go walking alone for 3 months during the summer just out into the wilderness.
About 6 months after I left, he got on another ship (Dungeness Crab legs) going to Brazil, and then he just disappeared.
I used to joke with a friend that Pablo Escobar was so fat because he had Moe cooking for him.

Well idk where's Sonny got the idea to went to Candra hence they roasted pork is not that good even from all the roasted pig in Bali that i ever tried i put them in the last option. The order for taste of Balinese heavens are:
1. The legendary Gemah Ripah
2. Pak Dobiel in Nusa Dua
3. Pande Egi
4. Ibu oka
5. Pak Malen
6. Karya Rebo
7. The last is Candra
If you want the most tatsty of pork skin in roasted pork you can go to Pande Egi.

In Bangka indonesia, there a food called "babi panggang bangka" or roasted pig. And that food price is 11.000.000 rupiah/pig or almost 700$. its expensive not because gold, truffle, or caviar, but because that food using a lot of spices, its like 3-4mm thick of spices

If I ever was served food with gold added onto it I would stand up and leave the table in angre. I think all chefs should put their effort and resources into getting top quality ingredients and products and use their time and experience to create great dishes. it does look good in the end, the skin is simmilar to rotisserie chicken, the read meat looks similar to Lamb, and the inside looks like the insides of a barrel-cooked chicken (mandy chicken), even for someone who never ate pork, I can tell this is delicious.

It's a choice which videos we watch on UA-cam. I've never had anyone put a gun to my head to make me watch any video! As long as the title tells us what the content is, there shouldn't be a problem!Ridiculous.
Most people I’ve watched have shown it bcz they wanted to but the only way to make money is to be family friendly. Yeah some have never and that’s fine but when people used to and now have to take videos down to not get a strike is just nuts.
A lot of these shows have always shown it but now due to guidelines everything is family friendly and everything they came with is just censored now. Or they had to take a video down from years ago just to not get a strike. Yeah there are creators that are clean and that’s what they want to do but now everything has to be censored in fear of pushback.
For me roasting a pig with his/her last facial expression before she/he was murdered to death is not for me. Thank you for blurring the face😢

When I see a pig on a spit I’m like man imagine if that was my dog right there how would I feel. Videos like this are what pushed me to go vegan. So thank you for showing the gruesome parts of eating, it helps people reconnect with their empathy for animals.

The more people who see the reality of animal slaughter/butchering, the more people will reflect on whether this is something worth participating in. It's kind of difficult to enjoy a suckling pig when you have the sounds and sights of its slaughter flashing through your memory. Or that you know its just as intelligent and emotional as the dog you love. Jeffrey Dahmer said people taste like pork by the way so just imagine if someone fed you human bacon without telling you and you're like man that's some delicious pork because you can't tell. The only difference between pleasure or disgust in that situation is psychological. Same with your pet cat/dog. I think applying the same disgust we have eating our dog or a human to that of other similarly intelligent animals is much more logically consistent than just oh pig/cow = bacon/steak. That's such a societally conditioned and cruel response. Seeing the raw footage exposes the hypocrisy and makes people reflect, so ultimately I'm thankful for videos like this and agree that UA-cam shouldn't censor it. Listening to your morals is always a good thing.
