  • Sculpt & tone your inner thighs fast with this workout. 5 moves, 2 rounds, 1 kettlebell, 10 minutes of fat burning bliss! This full length workout combines bodyweight & kettlebell exercises for an inner thighs. Follow along with master personal trainer Max Barry & Jess, as we burn thigh fat together for good!
    Modifications & progressions are clearly shown, so that all fitness levels can benefit from this kettlebell circuit workout. While the focus is on inner thighs, your glutes & core will also get some love, too. That's because with proper functional training, we're always challenging the total body, with compound movements & patterns. Here's a list of the exercises in this video:
    1. KB Sumo Deadlifts
    2. Plank Jacks (hands on KB)
    3. KB Touch Jacks
    4. KB Glute Bridge + Squeeze
    5. 1-Leg Burpees (R/L)
    Perform each move in this circuit for 50 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between them. Once you complete round 1, take only 15 seconds rest (as shown in this video) or pause it and take up to 1 minute, before repeating a 2nd round. Let's tone those thigh right now!
