- Super quick & effective fat burning kettlebell workout. Follow along this total body 10 minute workout routine! It includes cardio, abs & kettlebell exercises. You will be feeling the burn! Warmup is also included in this routine. Let's do this!

1. KB Catch Clean & Press 1:58
2. KB Mountain Climbers 3:03
3. 1-Arm Sumo Deadlift (R/L) 4:08
4. 4 x 1 Plank Hand Tap/Tuck Jump 5:13
Follow along in real time with us! Perform each move for 50 seconds, followed bt a quick 15 seconds rest period, before going to the next exercise. Once you complete all 4 moves in the circuit, repeat them one more time. You will be breathless & sweaty in just 10 minutes!

(Just FYI) Be careful with one minute warm ups!!! I avidly use kettlebells (3+yrs) I injured my lower back so badly during this workout; I was in bed for days and couldnt w.o. for over a week.
