I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

Hemalatha Bhimanathi, yes absolutely you can do aan ab/ core workout. Try this; plank, v-up, knee driver, half-getup, t-stand, floor scissors with kb. Do this in 30's intervals. Hope that helps.

I've learned so much from Autumn. Proper form, modifiers, which muscles are being worked and she doesn't rush you. This particular workout is brilliant. I already have defined calves which I don't want to build any further and now my legs are more in balance. Thank you Autumn x

I love your channel ! In this video during the sumo squat... i find im almost tipping forward when i return to starting position. I also wanted to ask if im pushing up thru my heels during kettle bell lunges on returning up( or any lunge) thanks ! Keep up the great vids Autumn :)
