I'm 14 and I've been recently getting into a healthier lifestyle and even though I usually do longer workouts and don't break a sweat this 8 minute one left me hot and sweaty, love this!

i take a rest day or two every week tho.
it definitely works! my things are wayy more muscular and slimmer and i will keep doing this workout till i’m completely satisfied:)

im still doing it a few days a week, and i can say it works well! i’ve gotten so many compliments about how i am skinnier, keep in mind i’ve also been in a calorie deficit as well as doing a short ab workout everyday!

OMG. Did this after the booty workout, and I think I’m sweating even more than yesterday’s workouts. Those inner thigh exercises at the end while laying on the floor were killer!! I feel like I could do a chokehold on someone using just my thighs. 😂 They feel so tight! Thanks, again, Ashley!

Whoa!!! Just found this video and I’m digging it!!! I’m 49 years young and I’m noticing my skin laxity so I searched up over 50 inner thigh but I found them too simple/not challenging enough. Now this one is simple enough for me to do yet challenging enough!! Woo hoo excited to try this for a few weeks to see my results!!! Thank you ❤

Fantastic work out. I am a newly certified fitness trainer and like most, I research and take notes from other workouts. My wife & I did this after her Thursday work out thinking it should not be that hard. Holy moly this one was a great & will be adding this to out Tuesday / Thursday workouts.

best inner thigh workout. I did this after both my total knee replacements in the past year and it totally strengthened my inner thigh without impact. Bravo and thank you for sharing this.

I did this for 5 days and already lost half inch of inner thighs
How many times did you do this in a day and did you follow a diet
@@Thatgirl.com1 Do this twice a day for 2 weeks and you will see results ! Also, yes. Following a healthy diet will give quicker results, but it’s different for everyone. Hope this helps. 😊

Can you do an inner thigh workout without so much squatting for less knee pressure
The leg lifts she did at the end, there are many others you can do to help with inner thighs that are low impact. My sister has to do low impact and I do as well in the colder months. Scissor or cross over are intense and easy on the knees. But there are so many.
Honestly If I'm being honest this workout helped most and I felt that it worked

My legs felt stronger literally next day, going up stairs..maybe this helped the tension i had. Wasnt too hard even after accident back and tail bone pain.actually i felt my core stronger, relived my spine. Will continue these 💖🎉
