Bro wth, I started tearing up in the middle of the video when he started describing the bad type of perfectionism. It's like he saw right through me... I have a big problem with my perfectionism affecting my studies, specifically turning in assignments late resulting in my teachers marking down my projects that would have otherwise gotten perfects scores. I know it may sound like I am bragging, but for me, the problem isn't getting good grades but just turning in stuff on time and not falling behind. For example, I am currently almost five weeks behind on turning in assignments for an honors class because I don't even stop to procrastinate but instead just completely skip that and immediately just distract myself, knowingly, from doing anything related to that class because I am probably too afraid of the possible negative outcome. Thank you for doing this video! It has made me realize a lot about myself that I otherwise would have looked over.

Always add "Inshallah" while thinking of doing something in future. As god says " don't say I will do it except adding "if god wills". We believe many things get delayed becoz of this reasons "as we should Being muslims ". Prophet was delayed in answer about people of Cave, soul, and I think zulkarnain for 15 days just for not adding "inshallha", " the people of garden" there gardens were destroyed for not adding "inshallha " . So always add that and if god wills then your work will not get delayed in future. Inshallha

And what about in Final year- final exams, did you have to go back and memorise all the big value notebooks you had accumulated over the years? Jazakallah, a reply will really help me understand how much to condense to. Also do you have any tips for learning complex words?
