Thank you so much Gary! I'm a digital artist using my wrists a lot for various things. I showed this to 3-4 of my classmates who had wrist pain and another with lower-back pain and they've all said it helped a lot and was a "feel good kind of pain" after doing your exercises. So thanks for that! Best regards /Benjamin

Hello Diogenes, Glad to hear it worked. If you're on a computer a lot, you may have to do this every so often, but now you know how to fix yourself whenever the need arises. Best, Gary Crowley

ulnar wrist pain for 4 months and your diy treatment has helped and I will keep doing them until the pain is gone. Also the wrist widget is helping me get through the day. Thank you.
Hi MupNaz, I'm glad you're already noticing positive results. If you do the techniques for a little while, you'll be able to tell the difference between "tight" and "sore." First, your fingers that are pushing into the tissue will be able to tell if something is "tight" because the tissue won't have much "give." Second, the tissue itself sends different pain signals to the brain when something is tight ("hurts good" when you press on it), versus "sore" or "bruised" which feels different. Gary C
Thanks so much for all of your vids. I find them amazingly helpful to both myself and to clients. Thank you for sharing your great knowledge so well!!!
Hi Gary! Thank you for your videos. I have chronic wrist pain (doctors think it's arthritis) and it often gets compounded by working at a computer all day and other repetitive tasks, like supporting my upper body on my bike and that sort of thing. Your series on wrist pain relief were incredibly helpful. I felt the difference almost immediately. Thank you for taking the time to show us these self-massage tips. I truly appreciate it!
This is amazing. I'm a bass player. After playing a particularly difficult riff over and over, my wrist just feels like there'an ice pick embedded in it. This completely eliminated the pain. I owe you, big time. Thanks!

My god I just can't believe this! I did these exercises along with you, not really believing they would help because I tried massage before, but get what I feel like my wrist has been unlocked! The massage I tried before were directly on the wrist/hand area, now that I think about it was a little stupid because the body works as a whole, a problem can't be affecting or coming from one specific area! I got a 70% improvement ON THE SPOT! Thank you so so so much for this! Thank you! ^_^
wooow this actually worked. I was going to go to the dr for this pain. Im so glad i came here. litterally after doing this for less than 5 mins it already feels better. thank you so much!
You are a life saver! I've been playing guitar since I was 12 and will soon turn 20. I played a lot and my wrist started to hurt A LOT and I thought it was the end of my playing, I also play a lot of video games which I could only do for some time. You helped me so MUCH! Love people like you! Keep the amazing work up!
I'm very glad to hear that my techniques helped you. Great job by you! yes, video games may add to your issues, but now you know how to fix them. And just FYI - my free website www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/ has videos for every joint in your body, if you ever need it.
this video is awesome! im a bodybuilder but a lot of times i cant do tricep and bicep work because of the pain in my wrists. I also play guitar which can get very painful in the exact same area. these techniques provided near instant relief, I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video
Hello Gary, thank you very much for these clear instructions. I have just started using these techniques, so I'm still not 100% sure how much they work (I've had pain in my wrists for years), but I feel some immidiate relief after using them, so I'm already thankful for discovering this. I have a question though, it might be stupid, but: I do excercising and weight training, which naturally causes muscles to be sore. - I will type this message in two parts because of the character limit - :)
That's very interesting, and I do love my coffee! But I actually find when I drink too much coffee it makes my wrists hurt if I've been doing bodywork. The muscles in my forearms seem to react negatively to too much caffeine. I'll have to look more deeply into this! Thanks, Gary Crowley
Having carpel tunnel syndrome at 15 is no fun. For a while I just let my right hand just hang at my side while my non-dominant left hand tried to do everything. I thought that II was just supposed to get used to the pain so I was very happy when I saw your videos~ I felt better in t

I was wondering how I would be able to distinguish between muscles that are too tight, causing my wrist pain, and others that are simply sore because of training. Thank you very much.

thank you so much for posting this! I have terrible pain in my left hand, to where I could not grip at all. These tec you shared seemed to give me some relief, I will be using it daily in hopes of normal function again. thanks!
Hello OAPYSJ ; ) I'm glad to hear the techniques helped. For those deep forearm muscles, feel free to have a friend press their thumbs into the tight tissue while you open and close your hand. Sometimes they can provide a bit more pressure with a lot less effort if they use their bodyweight. Thanks for commenting. All the best, Gary Crowley
I have a returning wrist pain that got treated with diclofenac before. But this instantly relieved me from a lot of tension without taking any medicine which is great. Now I can just tackle the root of the problem on my own instead of letting it build up to a point that I have to go see a doc. Liked subscribed and website added to favorites, thank you.
Hi Nikola, You are very welcome. Since you've got a photo of Jimmy Hendrix, I'm guessing you might be a guitar player. If you are, feel free to do these techniques on a regular basis to keep those wrists pain free. I've worked on many many guitarists over the years and you folks are those wrists. All the best, Gary Crowley
Wow fantastic advice! I am a plumber, I began to have the annoying pain in my wrist. I have just tried step one and can hardly feel the pain at all! So helpful that you so much for sharing.
Hi Josh, That's great to hear. Thanks for commenting. When you've done your entire forearm you should also notice that your grip is a lot stronger. I've had a few plumbers in my practice over the years they always seem to comment on the return of their old grip strength. And just FYI - my free website www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/ has videos for every joint in your body, if you ever need it. All the best, Gary Crowley
That was excellent. Works great. I've been using a wrist brace for carpel tunnel but it hasn't worked. This did, using it one time. I've bookmarked your web site and will return often. Thank you.
I have had pain in my wrist for the last month atleast, I tried the things that this guy is talking about and it fixed it almost instantly, I am just shocked

I went to the gym today and my wrist feels much better, thanks for this! Is this supposed to fix the problem in the long run or temporary relief? is there a routine to follow or anything?
Gary!!! thank you so much!!!!!!!!! been struggling with this pain from the gym for almost 2 weeks. I even took one week off the weights because of the pain. Thank you very much. Pelayo

***** Thank you so much! I feel better already! (and subscribed) Question: This is pain relief -- which I interpret as temporarily removing the pain -- will it come back? and/or is there a way to remove it altogether long term? ... or is the idea to just do this every few days and eventually it should dissipate? Im 25 and weight lift/ play basketball Thanks!
NickEdsonBasketball I am the same + i am a carpenter, i get so much physical stress every day. I just had a hurting wrist for 2 week and You Gary Crowley just help me in minutes, i will keep using this for a week and see how it goes. I would like to hear answer for nick too. Have a great day! Thank You!
E Sv. Hi Nick and ESv, Your tissue will tighten according to how you use your body, and the older you get the tighter you get from the same activities. So, you may need to do a little maintenance every couple of days, or weeks, or whenever you do certain activities. If you pay attention to how you use your wrists, you'll figure out pretty quickly what activities are the main cunprits, and then you can just do a bit of maintenance after doing them. I do hope that helps. Best, Gary Crowley
E Sv. And please do feel free to tell others about www.Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief.com. Together, who knows how many people we can help! All the best, Gary C.

Amazing just while watching this video i followed along & by the end the pain was gone! My wrist started hurting from lifting weights & boxing & it was my wrist that I have broke before & I thought this was the reason.
this is ace! I've (actually now had, thanks!) both forearms very tender and overworked because of typing for long hours without much attention to posture and the alike. This helps a lot, especially when you can't use the other hand too much because it's tender or overworked Thank you for sharing those secrets of the trade!
Hi Fabio, Glad to hear the good news! And now you have a way to get out of pain whenever you've been on the computer for too long. Great job by you! And thanks for commenting. All the best, Gary Crowley

Juan Salinas Hi Juan, You need to go through all of my Wrist Pain Relief videos, find the inappropriately tight tissue, and release it. Here are all the videos on one page, with text, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/wrist-pain-relief.html You can do it! Best, Gary Crowley

Hi Gary I have a pain in my trapezius, which i have tried quite a few things to fix yet have not had any results. Is there any chance you could help if i describe the problem? Thanks a lot.
+Boris theBlade Hi Boris, Well, it can have a few different causes, but if you go through my Frozen Shoulder Page on my free website, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/frozen-shoulder-exercises-and-treatment.html It will run you through most of what could be causing it. Hope that helps. Best, Gary Crowley
***** Thanks a lot, there is a lot of information there so i will get to work on it later on. Only thing is, im not sure its actually frozen shoulder that i have? I have no difficulty moving it. Ive just been getting stabbing pains in my rear deltoids, and left trap. Particularly when holding something out infront of me (paint can when painting) or digging for example.
+Boris theBlade Okay, if you go to my main Shoulder Joint Pain Page, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/shoulder-joint-pain-relief.html that should do it. Less info than the Frozen Shoulder Page. Best, Gary Crowley
Thank you so much for this video, I had wrist and elbow pain from kayaking for three months with no improvement at all, after trying these techniques I felt significant improvements. I want to ask about something I feel pain and numbness when I go running since about 8 years , which is so called ( shin splint or compartment syndrome). I think its the same analogy and may be massaging tender spots in my leg could help?! but it feels so much pain, does it normal to feel that, do you think it can help! If you can make a video about it, that would be great

This seems to help sometimes with my RSI and CTS. Although apparently I pressed too hard the last two days and now my forearm is bruised. oops. I think I was pressing on areas that were sore and not tight. It's hard to tell unfortunately.
hi, i was diagnosed with mild CTS due to guitar playing probably or my bad posture, ive been struggling for 2 months now, Besides, i live in Latvia, so there is lack of information available for musicians to such injuries...i did neiromidin some sort of heating electric therapy, but it did helped me just a little bit...hope your vidoes will help. I just love music more than anything, and ive made some great progress to be able to do it for a living. God Bless Gary. :)
Great! Glad to hear it. And just FYI - my free website www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/ has videos for every joint in your body, if you ever need it. All the best, Gary Crowley
Thanks for this, really works wonders. However, when i was trying to release pressure on the top of my forearm with my fingertips, i now have quite a lot of pain. It seems to have relaxed the majority of my forearm, however about half way down my left forearm, on the top, there now seems to be an area of pain that seems close to the bone, making it hard to put pressure on. but if i put pressure on it it hurts even more anyway. any ideas?
Hello thycey9, Glad to hear the videos helped you. Those muscles on the top of forearm the can be a little trickier to get at, and there is a nerve plexus (group of 4 different nerves) from your elbow end of the top of your forearm to about half way down. That area will be sensitive to pressure no matter what you do, so don't worry about it too much. If it's lower in the forearm, just take you time and you'll get it in time. Hope that helps. Best, Gary Crowley
Hey Gary! I reeeally need help! After a football injury leading to a fractured scaphoid bone I got surgery to place a lifetime screw to keep the bone stable. After recovering & getting out of the cast, I still have not gained wrist flexibility after 6 months!!! My wrists is still frozen, I can't flex it up to the ceiling with the palm at 90 degrees at all! Maybe 60-70 degree instead. For example I can't bend my wrist straight to keep my arms straight for a push up, it's really affecting my day to day life of grasping pushing or even touching things! It's really concerning me with lifting weights and its a midlife like crisis I'm having since I play Highschool football right now as a junior. But because of my wrist having this pain and not being able to bend because of stiffness spasms I question my capabilities in college sports or athletic lifestyle, and even my well being of my wrist for my entire life. Since this handicap on my wrists I've actually lost a lot of muscle in my arms and upper body and lost weight, getting scared of losing a chance to ever play football on the next level with this draw back. Please help me Gary, my name is Austin Tonel & I just turned 17 , but with this frozen wrist I'm feeling like an old man, please help :(
Hi Austin, I'd highly recommend you do the techniques I show you in my videos. AND you can have a friend do the techniques on you in areas where you really need to get at the deep level of tissue. I don't know how much the screw is affecting your movement, but let's assume it's in a good place, and just do what you can to release all the tight tissue you can. You may be pleasantly surprised with what you can achieve by yourself, and with the help of a friend. Best, Gary Crowley
Hi, Gary, I gained wrist and elbow tendinitis while working as a sommelier. I found your exercise to help a lot. A also use icing a couple of times during the day. What would you say, how to coordinate these flexes with icing, do you recommend it apart, together, before, after? Thank you in advance, for advice and your videos
+Dragana Ćoso Hello Dragana, I'd recommend icing after your work as a sommelier, especially. If you want to ice after doing my techniques that's fine, but I think not necessary. Best, Gary Crowley
Thank yu for the video. Tried this but havent managed to get that much result so far and it feels tender now. Is this normal or am i doing it wrong? Should i keep doing this every day to see if it improves over time?
when i rotate my hand in a ball i get all kinds of clicks and grinding. i also get some sharp pain in my wrist when lifting weigths, is this a common problem of tightness?
Good day Sir Gary, i would just want your help. i am having this ulnar pain for a week now and everytime i pronate and supinate my wrist, there is a little sharp pain in the ulnar area and it feels like there is a pinched ligament/ tendon or something. hope you can help me. tnx
Hi Marz, I'd recommend you follow along with my Wrist Pain Relief video series here or on my website Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief (click the link in the video description above) where I have videos for every single joint in the body. If you release your forearm and a few other areas you should be able to get the pain relief you are looking for. Also, if you compute or drive a lot you may want to change your positioning. Best, Gary Crowley
***** thnx sir your videos are really helpful. the pain and the clicking are lessened now. gotta continue with the techniques. btw this is marz, you tube changed my name :)
Well, I feel many tender spots on my forearm, wich hurts pretty hard when pressing on them. But i cant loosen them by that techniques, even after several minutes. What can i do to solve that problem?
Thank you Doctor for your helpful video. Whenever I do push ups I feel pain on the back of my hand for a few days the pain is not really on my wrist but on the back of hand. I am worried that I messed up with my hand bones because last year I did a workout program that required me to do about 100 consecutive push ups 3 times a week.. The excercises you presented on this video helped me to relieve the pain but I am guessing this is a short term solution , am I right? God bless you
If you keep doing the push-ups you may have to do my techniques as maintenance. It's not short term, but how you use your body will create tension that may need to be released. Best, Gary C.
Hi Gary, I'm an electrician and have wrist pain on my thumb and the next two fingers. Should I do the exercises while I feel the numbness ( which is most of the time). Also I'm right handed but have numbness in left hand. Does that sound like carpo tunnel?
Hi Howard, You can do these exercises any time you want. If you're fingers are numb then you'll get better feedback about what's really causing it, but I'd just get in there and start working on yourself. I think you'll find plenty to do. Don't worry to much about labels like "carpal tunnel". You have tight tissue somewhere from your shoulder girdle down to your fingers that is yanking on the nerves that innervate you fingers. Release all that tight tissue that is negatively affecting those nerves and your fingers should stop feeling numb. Hope that helps. All the best, Gary Crowley
So I'm an advanced Rock Climber and I've recently started to feel more and more wrist pain,. My flexibility is reducing the more I climb hard to. Would this help either the pain and flexibility ? Also, how long would you do everystep you just showed there? How many time per day/week ? Would this be more appropriate to do so before or after a climbing session for instance ? Thanks jc
+Jaces87 Yes, it will help both pain and flexibility. How long to do it? How often? Here is my free Assessing Tight Tissue video, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/joint-pain-relief-techniques.html#Assess Before, after, evening during climbing (if you need it) will only help functionality. But I'd probably just make a habit of doing a bit of maintenance after climbing. Here is my free video on how to build a Wrist Pain Relief Tool that you may find very helpful, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/wrist-pain-relief-tool.html I've worked on rock climber's forearms, and they can be pretty darn tight. All the best, Gary Crowley
Hi Gary I love your video's , I watched the 2th and 3th video also , and done the excise's , feels really good afterwards As I said I just wanted to say thank you because your video's are really helpful . I will check the website for sure . Thank you again (keep up the good work )

I hope this will help because everytime i try to do push ups my wrist hurts so badly and im taking some stuff from the doctor hopefully it will help me recover faster
Hello McGamerBoys, I hope it helps you as well. And it might, but it does depend on what's going on. If you jammed or sprained you wrist, sometimes the jigsaw puzzle of bones has a difficult time staying in place if the ligaments have been stretched. If so, it will take at least a few weeks. If not, my techniques should help right away. Best, Gary Crowley
***** Hi Gary, yes this year i fractured my arm twice first time i fractured my left hand and after succesful heal it came back to normal no wrist pain but second time i fractured my right arm and it stll gives me wrist pain now i went to the doctor he gave me some stuff to take iv been taking them for 2 months since the doctor said i dont have enough vitamin D i did this relief tutorial u produced and it worked thanks im doing it every day thank you alot gary :)
Hey quick question! I had a problem with my left wrist, it was really painful to move, now i can move it no problem almost without out pain. But what i've noticed now my left wrist isnt nearly as flexible as my right one. Im thinking theres scar tissue now or something? Can i work the left wrist back to normal with some stretching. What r ur taughts Mr Crowley?
Hello Roistotube, Yes, you can stretch it AND/OR find the muscle groups that are restricting your range and do the same techniques to release that tissue that you just used to free your other tight tissue. That should do it. Best, Gary Crowley
Hi Gary I met with an accident in 2010 my left hand two bones was fractured . The doctor give me treatment with steel rods in my hand After operation I found that my hand was bended Then I go for physiotherapy . Somehow it's help me But I have a slight bend now also Is there any exercises to get normal Please reply to if there any way to get back from my bended hand
Hello, It depends whether if the bend is because the bones healed in a bent way or the hand is bent because there is tight tissue causing the bend. I would say (without an x-ray) that if there is a lot of tight tissue to release then you can probably improve your hand. It's worth a try, so just do all my techniques and see if it helps. Best, Gary Crowley
Thank you so much Gary!
I'm a digital artist using my wrists a lot for various things. I showed this to 3-4 of my classmates who had wrist pain and another with lower-back pain and they've all said it helped a lot and was a "feel good kind of pain" after doing your exercises. So thanks for that!

ulnar wrist pain for 4 months and your diy treatment has helped and I will keep doing them until the pain is gone. Also the wrist widget is helping me get through the day. Thank you.
Hi MupNaz,
I'm glad you're already noticing positive results.
Gary C

Hi Gary, thanks so much for your video. I really enjoyed all your videos.
Thanks,
Gary Crowley
Having carpel tunnel syndrome at 15 is no fun. For a while I just let my right hand just hang at my side while my non-dominant left hand tried to do everything. I thought that II was just supposed to get used to the pain so I was very happy when I saw your videos~ I felt better in t
Thanks Gary! It's really works for me. Thumb up!
wow thanks, these tricks does work FAST! Thank you so much for sharing this! Happy New year!

I was wondering how I would be able to distinguish between muscles that are too tight, causing my wrist pain, and others that are simply sore because of training. Thank you very much.
Thanks sir Gary for the tips
it's very effective
just wanted to thank you for this video, after months of wrist pain i followed the steps in this video and the pain was gone. cant thank you enough

thank you so much for posting this! I have terrible pain in my left hand, to where I could not grip at all. These tec you shared seemed to give me some relief, I will be using it daily in hopes of normal function again. thanks!
Hello OAPYSJ ; )
I'm glad to hear the techniques helped. For those deep forearm muscles, feel free to have a friend press their thumbs into the tight tissue while you open and close your hand. Sometimes they can provide a bit more pressure with a lot less effort if they use their bodyweight.
Thanks for commenting.

Hi berkazu,

Hi Nikola,
You are very welcome. Since you've got a photo of Jimmy Hendrix, I'm guessing you might be a guitar player. If you are, feel free to do these techniques on a regular basis to keep those wrists pain free. I've worked on many many guitarists over the years and you folks are those wrists.

Wow fantastic advice! I am a plumber, I began to have the annoying pain in my wrist. I have just tried step one and can hardly feel the pain at all! So helpful that you so much for sharing.
Hi Josh,
That's great to hear. Thanks for commenting. When you've done your entire forearm you should also notice that your grip is a lot stronger. I've had a few plumbers in my practice over the years they always seem to comment on the return of their old grip strength.

That was excellent. Works great. I've been using a wrist brace for carpel tunnel but it hasn't worked. This did, using it one time. I've bookmarked your web site and will return often. Thank you.

I sent your site to a dancer friend who is refusing to quit working out. I'm sure she'll find relief too!
It's been almost a week and I'm pain-free without the brace. Surgery for carpel tunnel? No thanks!
Wonderful! I'm very happy to hear it.
Great job!

Yes, yes, this is the way to avoid the dreaded "forearm pump" you motorcycle guys get. I'd venture to say that if you do some of my techniques before and after each ride you can avoid it in the future. Thanks for commenting.

Question: This is pain relief -- which I interpret as temporarily removing the pain -- will it come back? and/or is there a way to remove it altogether long term? ... or is the idea to just do this every few days and eventually it should dissipate?
Im 25 and weight lift/ play basketball
Thanks!
Thank You!
E Sv. Hi Nick and ESv,
Your tissue will tighten according to how you use your body, and the older you get the tighter you get from the same activities.
Best,
Gary Crowley

Same here. I think I hurt my wrist from Bench pressing, and this was the video that helped a lot. thanks so much!
this is ace! I've (actually now had, thanks!) both forearms very tender and overworked because of typing for long hours without much attention to posture and the alike.
This helps a lot, especially when you can't use the other hand too much because it's tender or overworked
Thank you for sharing those secrets of the trade!

Hi Gary
I have a pain in my trapezius, which i have tried quite a few things to fix yet have not had any results. Is there any chance you could help if i describe the problem?
Thanks a lot.
+Boris theBlade
Hi Boris,
Well, it can have a few different causes, but if you go through my Frozen Shoulder Page on my free website, www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/frozen-shoulder-exercises-and-treatment.html
It will run you through most of what could be causing it.
Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot, there is a lot of information there so i will get to work on it later on.
Only thing is, im not sure its actually frozen shoulder that i have? I have no difficulty moving it. Ive just been getting stabbing pains in my rear deltoids, and left trap. Particularly when holding something out infront of me (paint can when painting) or digging for example.
+Boris theBlade
Okay, if you go to my main Shoulder Joint Pain Page,
www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/shoulder-joint-pain-relief.html
that should do it. Less info than the Frozen Shoulder Page.

Thanks for this, really works wonders. However, when i was trying to release pressure on the top of my forearm with my fingertips, i now have quite a lot of pain. It seems to have relaxed the majority of my forearm, however about half way down my left forearm, on the top, there now seems to be an area of pain that seems close to the bone, making it hard to put pressure on. but if i put pressure on it it hurts even more anyway. any ideas?
Hello thycey9,
Glad to hear the videos helped you.
Best,
Gary Crowley
Please help me Gary, my name is Austin Tonel & I just turned 17 , but with this frozen wrist I'm feeling like an old man, please help :(
Hi Austin,
I'd highly recommend you do the techniques I show you in my videos.

Gary Crowley
Hi, Gary, I gained wrist and elbow tendinitis while working as a sommelier. I found your exercise to help a lot. A also use icing a couple of times during the day. What would you say, how to coordinate these flexes with icing, do you recommend it apart, together, before, after? Thank you in advance, for advice and your videos
+Dragana Ćoso
Hello Dragana,
I'd recommend icing after your work as a sommelier, especially. If you want to ice after doing my techniques that's fine, but I think not necessary.

Thank yu for the video. Tried this but havent managed to get that much result so far and it feels tender now. Is this normal or am i doing it wrong?
Should i keep doing this every day to see if it improves over time?
Thank you so much! Is this permanent?
when i rotate my hand in a ball i get all kinds of clicks and grinding. i also get some sharp pain in my wrist when lifting weigths, is this a common problem of tightness?
Thank you .....Good information ........

Good day Sir Gary, i would just want your help. i am having this ulnar pain for a week now and everytime i pronate and supinate my wrist, there is a little sharp pain in the ulnar area and it feels like there is a pinched ligament/ tendon or something. hope you can help me. tnx
Hi Marz,
I'd recommend you follow along with my Wrist Pain Relief video series here or on my website Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief (click the link in the video description above) where I have videos for every single joint in the body. If you release your forearm and a few other areas you should be able to get the pain relief you are looking for. Also, if you compute or drive a lot you may want to change your positioning.
Best,
Gary Crowley
*****
thnx sir your videos are really helpful. the pain and the clicking are lessened now. gotta continue with the techniques.
btw this is marz, you tube changed my name :)

Gary C.

Hi Gary, I'm an electrician and have wrist pain on my thumb and the next two fingers. Should I do the exercises while I feel the numbness ( which is most of the time). Also I'm right handed but have numbness in left hand. Does that sound like carpo tunnel?
Hi Howard,
You can do these exercises any time you want.
All the best,
Gary Crowley
***** Thank you so much for prompt reply. I did it an hour ago and my arm feels better already.
Thanks
jc
+Jaces87
Yes, it will help both pain and flexibility.
How long to do it? How often? Here is my free Assessing Tight Tissue video,
www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/joint-pain-relief-techniques.html#Assess
Before, after, evening during climbing (if you need it) will only help functionality.

I hope this will help because everytime i try to do push ups my wrist hurts so badly and im taking some stuff from the doctor hopefully it will help me recover faster
Hello McGamerBoys,
I hope it helps you as well. And it might, but it does depend on what's going on. If you jammed or sprained you wrist, sometimes the jigsaw puzzle of bones has a difficult time staying in place if the ligaments have been stretched. If so, it will take at least a few weeks. If not, my techniques should help right away.
Best,
Gary Crowley

Hey quick question! I had a problem with my left wrist, it was really painful to move, now i can move it no problem almost without out pain. But what i've noticed now my left wrist isnt nearly as flexible as my right one. Im thinking theres scar tissue now or something? Can i work the left wrist back to normal with some stretching. What r ur taughts Mr Crowley?
Hello Roistotube,
Yes, you can stretch it AND/OR find the muscle groups that are restricting your range and do the same techniques to release that tissue that you just used to free your other tight tissue. That should do it.
Best,
Gary Crowley
Hi Gary
I met with an accident in 2010 my left hand two bones was fractured .
The doctor give me treatment with steel rods in my hand
After operation I found that my hand was bended
Then I go for physiotherapy .
Somehow it's help me
But I have a slight bend now also
Is there any exercises to get normal
Please reply to if there any way to get back from my bended hand
Hello,
It depends whether if the bend is because the bones healed in a bent way or the hand is bent because there is tight tissue causing the bend. I would say (without an x-ray) that if there is a lot of tight tissue to release then you can probably improve your hand. It's worth a try, so just do all my techniques and see if it helps.
Best,
Gary Crowley
