Do the siding clips work on aluminum siding too?
The actually slide up between the sections of siding so if your aluminum siding has a horizontal gap between the sections like vinyl side does, they should work great.

What’s the best way to access the camera when it’s in the housing (2nd option) to change the batteries whilst it’s attached to a external wall

Where do you get silicon covers?
Here's the one I use - amzn.to/3BMp1qd. It slips over the Blink case and protects the camera while helping it to blend in a little with my siding. I hope that helps and please be sure to sub the channel as I have a lot more content posting this week.
