Hello guys! 🥰 Thank you so much for watching my first basics video! I can't wait to make more like these. Thank you for your continued support 🙏❤️ I am so grateful xox
I love Levi's ribcage jeans since Im short, high wasted jeans elongate my legs :) Basics are really great because they make dressing up effortless and it makes mornings easier :)
Hey Emily just wanted to say thanks for the genuine fashion and closet advice. Nowadays I feel like I'm being bombarded with "buy this!" "buy that!" and all the "must-have or die" trends but when I go on your channel, I just see incredibly tasteful, classic, creative style. I love that you are so purposeful in every piece you have and that everything is so wearable and practical! I really needed this video and it cheered me up so much! Thanks for the work you do and keep it up! Can't wait for your next uploads!!
I love all of these basics. It's great to see your sense of style when you show us outfits and you give me some great ideas. I am in favor of slow fashion also so I appreciate that you aren't trying to get us to buy, buy, buy. I'm not a fan of influencers doing haul after haul after haul. Excited to watch more of your content.
I love love love these videos. These videos have been so helpful for me to finally hone in on my style, create a conscious, thrifted wardrobe and to be able to find multiple outfits in my cupboard (which previously I really struggled with).
Hey Emily! Really love your videos. Like most of them. But I would really love more on neutrals like earth tone colors. And if possible the rules on dos and donts while wearing them or just what works best with earth tone combination outfit. Anw I love all your pieces and am already looking for those now. Keep on making more videos!
Hi Emily. Your style is classy and timeless which is great. You also give very good fashion advice which is very helpful towards styling up a wardrobe that is minimal and practical. This was a great “first” basics video.
I never use white sneakers. Prefer black or brown, or ballerina flats. All I can use with blazers or polish shirt for this summer! I never use sandals, since a kid I use loafers or sneakers. I liked the outfits you're showing here! Summer is complicated to dressed polish and fine. Looking forward to fall! Greeting from Mexico
Absolutely love your vids but unfortunately I live in a country with year long summer. Any tips for looks that keeps you cool while looking professional for work or school? It would really help a ton
Have Louis Will Travel thank you gorgeous 🥰♥️🙏🏽 aw this is one of my favourite blazers from Country Road. They don’t make this one anymore, however they always re-make the same cut blazer but in different colours or fabrics. It’s a great cut. Xx
Hi P B. Emily is a model so it is her job to look great ;) And Yes, she does. But we all can’t look the same. You ever heard of the Kibbe body lines? For me it is still confusing and difficult after seing many videos about this system. But I learned to appreciate my own body more. We just need to dress for how we look like and not how we would love to look like (in clothes of someone else). Keep safe X
Chrissen Gemmill Hello love! Thank you for watching ❤️ It’s always a bit harder to find the perfect fit with a bigger bust. Generally speaking I would avoid double breast blazers and opt for single breast. Or even an open front blazer (with no buttons, they drape down nicely). With that being said, don’t be afraid for wearing the oversized boyfriend blazer if you love that style, I have a few friends with bigger busts who rock this look over dresses or jeans all the time. Also a tailor is your best friend. You might consider buying a blazer slightly too big for you and having it altered at the back so that it fits your bust. This is something you should discuss with a good tailor. It takes a little bit more effort, but once it’s done you’ll be so pleased! They can show you exactly how your blazer should fit as well 😊 I hope this helps xoxo
@@EmilyElizabethMay thank you!!!! I have done just that actually....a couple thrifted blazers that I took to the tailer. Good to know I am on the right track! Keep the great how to syle videos coming! So helpful and inspirational 😊👍🏻🌈
you have a wonderful body and style, please make a video about your diet, eating habits and what you never eat as a model and about body care, best regards from Poland ;)
DO NOT buy from Organic Basics!!! I bought two t-shirts. It is way too boxy and the neck is very tight. When I wanted to return the items, I was told that I can only get store credit if I want to get a free return label, if I wanted the refund, I would have to mail the items back to Denmark and pay the mailing fee by myself. Then I was told that their system had some glitch that they could not create free return label even for store credit return. The worst purchasing experience that I have even had. Never, Ever, Buy from Organic Basics!!!

Romee 🙏🏽♥️ thank you Romee! That’s what I’m going for 🥰
I hope you do make a video on blazers. Please include one for petites. Loved the video on basics. Maybe one on basic shoes?

Effortless style at its best. A masterclass, Emily. Well done. I will watch over and over and especially useful for packing for staycation. X

Gorgeous pieces Waw, simple and classy.
Please could you share the reference of the mango blazer, I want it for so long in this shade/color. Thanks
Loved the petite girl confidence advice 😍

I just love watching your videos. Thank you. 🤗💓
Love your style! Chic and fun! ☺️
The black blazer you are wearing is absolutely perfect 🖤🖤🖤 Could you please share the brand?
Love all your basics and would also like to know where you got the perfect black blazer you’re wearing in the video. Looks amazing on you!

Emily Elizabeth May thank you! ♥️
Is the cream chunky knot still available somewhere?
Just a gentle point... the blazer has a houndstooth pattern. It is not a herringbone one.
You are so right. Often houndstooth are just 2 colors like black and white. Herringbone pattern looks Linda like v’s.
Your Videos are always so inspiring but on you everything you wear looks amazing because you are slim, that‘s the difference between you and me 😉

Mōrena, what type of blazer for a bigger busted rectangle girl? Single button vs. double buttoned?
