    Adding the dye to my mix, it’ll be easy to see the application is on

      Shouldn’t Shauna. As long as sprayed at the correct rates, should be good to go.

    For two months My “professiona” lawncare company can’t suppress or eradicate Nutsedge(Florida). If it’s going to yellow in two weeks with certainty I’m just gonna fire them and do it myself. lol

      Hi Livendi. 5 small scoops of Certainty in 2 gallons of water with surfactant should do the trick. golfcourselawn.store/products/certainty-herbicide-1-25-oz-sedge-and-poa-annua-control

    Have you ever used a liquid thatch buster? If so, do I apply it before or after liquid herbicide and milorganite? Thank you, I'm new to this!

      The best was to remove thatch is with a machine. The liquid products aren't comparable. If you're going to use one, I would apply it after granular fertilizer and before herbicide. Instead of milorganite, I would use this: golfcourselawn.store/products/mirimichi-4-4-4-premium-organic-fertilizer

      There are no independent findings that I could find during a very long period search that say liquid dethatchers or aerators work at all. Mechanical is proven for both.

    Is sledgehammer not a good product?

    • @RonHenry
      @RonHenry  Рік тому +5

      It's good but I prefer Certainty for warm season grass.

      Sedgehammer. I had a sample, never got around to using it. Sedge is evil. Can’t kill it with just anything. I’ve seen it grow through asphalt.

      Sedgehammer is also a good product. But, for purple nutsedge it will take 2 applications about 2 to 3 weeks apart to kill it. Purple nutsedge is harder to kill than yellow nutsedge.

      Also, you can use sedgehammer on warm season grasses too. Always, Check the label before spraying.
