All I want to know is why are the demons respawning faster than the angels? If Diablo and them can’t truly die, neither can the angels so where is Malthiel? Inarius should be reforming as well yeah?
Angels do reform, but I remember reading somewhere that they rarely come back the same as they were before. Tyrael coming back as his old self was a rare thing. As to the time frame, I think it has to do with power requirements. The least powerful angel could probably take on high ranking demons, whereas the lesser demons are little more than cannon fodder and therefore easier to respawn.
Tyrael was described as reformed after the world stone event. But to be fair his physical form is destroyed, but he did not “die”. I think it’s pretty clear from the lore that if an angel died, the crystal arc will make new angel to take the dead angel’s old position. When describing Izual’s defeat, it was described as “Izual’s replacement never came”
The reformation requirements between heaven and hell are very different and should play to their strengths. Demons reform as long as hell is in chaos and disharmony, and considering they only managed to work together once, that shows how well demons play to their purpose. Angels reform when the heavens are in unity and harmony, but as we see, they are divided on sanctuary, many angels have defected, the council is missing 2 of its angelic staff, and they are more divided than ever as nephalem are starting to reawaken. This is also why Malthael took it upon himself to discard his previous title of Archangel of wisdom to Archangel of death, and rid the heavens of one of its threats... humanity.
Alright Angel's do reform however they do not retain memories of past lives. Demons remember it all and demons can increase their numbers angels can't,cause of this a individual angel is stronger than a demon. Most of planes of existence are control by hell and heaven been losing strongholds.
Underrated chnl. Decent content. I no longer play d2 to d4 but every now and then there ppl talking abt diablos story is just great. Keep it up sir longer video like this are nice too!
I wonder what is this "void" Lilith was sent to twice. Never heard of it in the creation lore, but maybe it is another plane similar to Hell, Heaven, Pandemonium and Sanctuary. We can surely interact with it as Elias summoned Lilith directly from it as I understand. Also, I'm getting more and more vibes that Rathma's prophecy still didn't happen. The desert jewel might be Lut Gholein and the heart of hatred might not be Lilith's... Thanks for another cool lore video!
The void was mentioned and visited in the Sin War books when Inarius sent Rathma there as punishment for trying to interfere with him. Mendelyn (Kalan) is sent there by Tra’Ghoul to retrieve him. It’s described as a place of complete emptyness, blacker than black - space without the stars or any other celestial bodies
@@loatheburger That's cool! Sounds like the place where the primordial Anu lived in before the start of creation. Interesting to see it's portrayed as just another dimension. I'm not sure if it's the case but I always saw the Burning Hells, the High Heavens and Pandemonium as different dimensions, not reachable by linear movement but requiring actual rifts and portals to travel between, and I guess angels and demons can move freely through some of them, but not all.
That’s a good point about Anu’s realm! It’s true regarding that they are different planes of existence rather than physical places separated by space - in the Sin War, the Angels split the sky in two when opening a rift to enter Sanctuary. In Season 5, they talk about the thinning of the ‘veil’ between sanctuary and hell - allowing demons to come through easier. Reminds me of the idea of the Djinn in middle eastern culture who live on earth but in an alternate plane
Do you think in some way Neyrelle is, "hatred's heart"? The DLC trailer has her trapped in the chest of a likeness of Mephisto. Almost as if she is positioned to be his heart.
Interesting thought! That makes me wonder what the spear of light may be? Could mean Neyrelle expels his influence somehow too. She isn’t his vessel… yet
@loatheburger maybe Tyrael and his sword? I know I am really reaching here. But it would bring him back in the fold and he can be the one that comes when you defeat Mephisto and warns us of the growing evil in the west.
Inarius was like a 1st year College student who accidentally got his Girlfriend pregnant and his parents got mad at him. All he wanted was to go home.😂
One of them want to escape the endless war. The other one want to become usefulness to Hell. Both of them are punk that wanted Humanity to be used for their war.
Man, I truly don't understand why tyrael didn't try to speak or have an audience with his pupil, I mean, the high heavens don't care about how inarius escaped, what happened, etc, anything to give the high heavens the edge against the burning hells, anyways, missed chance
Honestly this vid should be deleted. The Diablo 4 storyline is complete nonsense even for a work of fiction. It reshapes all other Diablo storylines and it doesn't make sense.
Amazing content. Just subscribed ❤️
Thanks brother! Happy to have you
TBH, all I remember about Izual is "Tyreal was a fo-"

Pretty sure angels don't reform but new ones are made to replace them. Just the demons reform.

Amazing Content, I'm thinking of starting to play Diablo 4 but I'm waiting for the Chapter that I can face Imperius and humble him.
Thank you! Diablo 4 is in a much better state now but still not quite where it should be IMO. No harm in waiting

Nice lore yo ! SUBSCRIBED !
Thanks and welcome aboard! I hope you enjoy
They didn't rebel. They both got captured and corrupted for Izual and manipulated for Inarius.
Inarius wasnt manipulated. He wanted an end to the conflict way before he got captured
The demons got control of the world stone today.
🥲
There are lots of other spiritual beings and gods worshipped in sanctuary, a video on them would be amazing.
Yes like Skatsim and all the Ivgorod gods

@@loatheburgerit also says he who was bound in chains shall be set free. Maybe killing Mephisto somehow sets Diablo free from his realm
Inarius was like a 1st year College student who accidentally got his Girlfriend pregnant and his parents got mad at him. All he wanted was to go home.😂
i think that they didn't want him back mostly cause he was trapped in hell and therefore corrupted by evil and madness
3:20 lilith found out what again? that she had to kill angels and demons.

Great storytelling. Subscribed

Inarius should be a fallen angel boss like Izual was in the future.

@@aaronmcday3655 Imperious is our bro.

They were weak and designed to fail for the purpose to allow evil to take over. Its about control.
