Ohhh that's who voices the monk dude. at first, I thought it was the father from "THE VVITCH" movie, which was awesome to me because that guy also has a really cool voice. But, this is good too.

Diablo IV is my first Diablo experience... This video has made it super easy for me to catch up with the lore. 10/10
The part about Deckard Cain always makes me sad and proud to have known the entire story of Deckard Cain. He was with me in Diablo 1, helping me figure out the magical natures of the items I found in that dark labyrinth. His voice a ping of sanity amongst the horrors of the dark. Then he was again of great aid in Diablo 2, once again showing me the workings of the items I found - but also being a font of knowledge to help in our journeys. His journey with me would end in Diablo 3 - so much time having past that some thought him senile, preaching about an 'end of days' no one else believed was coming. Despite a lifetime of hardship and horrors that most men would've avoided - he stayed the course and gave the ultimate sacrifice for it. Rest in Peace Deckard Cain, Greatest of the Horadrim.

Cain reminds me of Grandpa Max 🥺 May he rest, in Peace 😭 he has lived long enough, and contributed to the survival of Sanctuary more than anyone else I'd say, he deserves rest, let us hope sanctuary survives as he had made all efforts to aid in that endeavor, may we not fail him.

Lilith and Inarius show the connection between the two sides that was likely part of the reason Anu was able to exist as all aspects in the first place.

I LOVE Ralpf Ineson's voice !!!!!
I think this narrator's voice was chosen as a hommage to DarkLORE Dash. Such a ruff, very uncommon narrator voice. But also DarkLORE's voice is not typical narrator voice, I can see how they are similar.

How were the other evils traped in the black soul stone tho? We see in Diablo 3 how Belial and Azmodan were traped but what about the rest?
Diablo has many faults but top notch lore and cinematic storytelling is not among them.
I hope these continue in the future

first telling us the world came into being through the splitting of the prime good and evil, then saying lillith is the mother of sanctuary..
So sanctuary isnt a part of the world before lillith screws an angel... whats worse is the fact a minor demon(lillith) would be strong enough to destroy a greater angel.... because what? female demons are stronger than others? its all a "just because" with these actiblizzion tards, no rhyme or reason to anything. no concistency or congruence with previous games, because that would only weaken their current agenda.
then telling us the world stone was never a part of sanctury, which just further serves as confusion...
why would it be in the worldstone keep then? what? they just moved it to pandemonium fortress, which is IN HELL,! Not even in the same realm as mount arreat - because they fckin forgot??

It's so tragic how tyrael being the only angel who cared for humanity had his 2 most trusted angels Izual and Inarius turned rouge and became a threat to humanity itself.
Especially Inarius, our own Father.

I know the game could've been so much better, and indeed it was a waste of the sin wars characters. But God, Ralph Ineson voice is godly and fits perfectly in the Diablo universe.
Question. Where is the nephalem becuz he/she was a hero can stand against angels and demons. But nobody knows who will he/she become. Our hope or Our doom? Still annoying Tyrael is gone.
D4 has seemed to done it's best to ignore D3, outside of the devastation caused to Sanctuary and reset of the prime evils. Can't say it's the wrong decision tbh

Is this the entirety of the Diablo: Book of Lorath that can be bought off Amazon?
There are reviews saying that the Diablo 4 story just makes the reviewer players want more and hope that better stories will come in Diablo 4's DLC. I assume there are only a few Lilith cutscenes and the Inarius vs Lilith conflict at the game's end will not be satisfying. We know Diablo only returns as a skull to be used by Lilith as a weapon.

Did the renegade angels and demons all come together and decide to kill the Nephalem and then Lilith struck or were they caught mid debate by her and slaughtered then?
The first I believe, she only started protecting her Nephilim once inarius chose to just leave instead of doing anything to do something about what the others had been plotting about
If the worldstone can unmake worlds why didnt the angels just unmake hell when they had the chance? Is there an explaination for this or is this one of those why didnt they fly the eagles to mordor type of questions

I never understood why they never just imprisoned diablo is some recess of heaven, ba'al in the void and mephisto anywhere which is not hell.

Lorath voiced by Ralph Ineson is easily the second best thing. He is basically Deckard Cain of D4, just with a much darker narration style, perfectly fitting for Diablo universe.

It’s like the fucked up. There’s all the demons on one side then all the angels on the other side. Some of angels should look at themselves and wonder are some of the things they’ve done or want to do actual help or just make shit worse? Imperious killing Diablo didn’t help. In the end he came back and destroyed the heavens and kicked Imperious’s ass. Inarious was selfish and would do anything to get welcomed back to heaven, even killing his own son. I think Lilith had good intentions, wanting to save her children but went the wrong way about it. Part of me thinks that when the angels were deciding on destroying mankind they may they also wanted to basically get them out of the way so they could continue on this eternal war. What else did they have to do other than fight for eternity? Idk 😂
If andariel was in real life, all she needed to do was draw NTR mangas 😂👌

Me: It is the truth. Humanity were descendants of the nephalem born from inarius and Lilith. Angel and demon. The black soulstone was used to trap the 7 evils within it. Malthael uses that to strip humanity of demons, ruthlessly killing them thus. When we challenged him after becoming one with death, Malthael threatened to undo our existence through death, and destroyed the black soulstone to gain more power. We had no choice but to kill malthael rather than have humanity in complete extinction.

This makes the d4 story worse. Inarius isnt just a regular angel, lilith is just a regular demon, even if she is the daughter of a prime evil, she isnt a prime evil, so even Andariel should slap lilith around like an unruly puppy, and we wrecked her in act 1 of D2, her brother in act 2, and Meph (who had been around for awhile) himself in act 3.
Lilith had no chance of beating Inarius, and he wasnt torn up from his torture? No mirrors or whatever? What the hell were they thinking writing this?
Lilith was stronger than Inarius, even in his prime, especially in her combat form. She was not THAT strong tho, and yes, Andariel and Duriel COULD just slap her in the face, but they were scared of the consqeuences from Mephisto(Andi was tortured already), and possible from the fact, she could devour Mephisto, and felt better to not stay in her way, cuz if she succeed, they will be tortured aswell.
D2 Mephisto is not Mephistos true form, just how he took over Sankekhurs body. Same for Diablo and Bhaal.
We actually have'nt seen the true forms for any of them. (Baals Diablo immortals design is just pure bs, he is the exact same like from D2 which is impossible as we know)
About the no mirror illustrations for Inarius's agony, i agree tho.

Books were better lol I was always kind of sad it wasn't 100% the game lore but the game lore got real lame after D2.

Man I hate diablos design in d3 he has all the evils within him and he looks like a woman demon yes I know he came from Leia in d3 but that don't mean he can't shape the form to his will and killing dekard was bullshit you can tell the people that made d3 hated the actual fans of the series exspeshaly after they added whimsyshire to spite fans they kinda ruined diablos story for me with 3 thou d4 is deffanintly a step in the right direction just wish d3s story wasent so crap or just was done way better to fit more of the diablo story awsome video btw
