Hello Hannah!!! YESSS, we needed it!!! Since 2 weeks I felt pain in my left wrist , and even I take good plants for eliminating the inflammation, I feel pain. I know that I have to listen what happen, but I don't hear the real reason... May be I don't do the wright action for me... I was happy to be able to follow your exercises. Now, I can continue with the Day16 with pleasure and confidence. Thank you Hannah and stay safe with your man and your puppy!!! Namaste.

My husband and I got those when we first started dated (over two years ago), he wears his on ankle. These martenica are so beautiful though, hope to see them Bulgaria one day though, the photos on Google look so beautiful and am sure even more pretty in-person ❤️
