Thank you Aunty for this recipe. I tried it yesterday. Made it for the first time but turned out tasty. Are you sure pressure cooker steam will come after 5 minutes in low flame? I kept for 10 minutes still no steam came. Theb I had to add bit water and kept in medium to high flame for 5minutes. Little bit got burnt at bottom but the taste was great

Can you please tell how much is the capacity of that cooker you used in the video for dum biriyani? Also is it fine to add 1-2 tbspn of curd in chicken while marinating and prepare the chicken gravy one day before making the biriyani and store in fridge
It's a 5 litre cooker . Adding curd will make the chicken soft. We can store the gravy in fridge for 1 -2 days, for practical adjustment, if we are busy. But I prefer making gravy and biriyani at the same day. Thank you very much. Keep watching.

750 gm rice = 3 1/4 cups (250 ml) Total 8:Medium size Onions 2 onions taken for paste 4 onions fried 2 onions sauted for gravy. It's clearly shown in the video. Thank you
