  • Looking for a quick, effective HIIT based snowboard workout to keep you injury free and performing at your best? My name is Mark and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and PSIA Level 1 Certified Snowboard Coach working at Mt. Bachelor. This is one of dozens of workouts, mobility sessions and recovery I lead every week within our Snoga membership.     I was a snowboarder for a long time. 10 years of spending every day I could on the snow. Then work stress and mental health hit me in a way I wasn't prepared for. Became reclusive, sedentary, binge-ate to deal with my mental state. About 70 pounds heavier than I was in my snowboarding days (been about 3 years), and I've decided to take some control back, fix my diet, get exercise, and get back to shredding by the start of next season.
    Using your beginner yoga Playlist on here to supplement the changes in diet and the exercise I'm putting in to help me reach my goals after Angry Snowboarder recommended you guys in a video. Hoping for the best!

    Been meaning to give this a go - finally did today, great workout. Looking forward to mastering the movements and really pushing myself with it. Plus, at 15 minutes there's no excuses (though there still will be).
