  • Looking for an effective 20 minute isometric snowboard workout for on/off-season training? My name is Mark, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy/ Snowboard Instructor and Im passionate about snowboarding. Today we have 5 exercises that are sure to spice up your normal routine.     I started snowboarding last season, oh god I felt like a wooden board that bearly can flex. Cracked 2 ribs, felt on my hands and injured some joints. For this season I will prepare with your help :) thank you!
