- Looking for an effective 20 minute isometric snowboard workout for on/off-season training? My name is Mark, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy/ Snowboard Instructor and Im passionate about snowboarding. Today we have 5 exercises that are sure to spice up your normal routine. Easy to follow timers, breaks, and explanations for each movement. We provide alternatives to each movement for beginners and advanced athletes.
