So great to hear from Lorne Balfe regarding the compositional and musical aspects. Covid has hit the music world hard and it’s inspiring to see what a great job is being done with this series. Thanks for this interview, and for such a great adaptation of the incredible HDM books. Can’t wait to watch Season 2!
new footage at 24:37 if you're here for that, but don't miss out on Russel Dodgson talking about Pan's red panda form before that, it's brilliant.
It would be brilliant if the set was reconstructed and opened up for people to have a look around as it sounds really immersive and interesting!
This really is great insight, thanks so much BFI for your initiatives and the creative forces behind this series for bringing us such a marvelous high quality work
Thanks for this :)
Would love if they make the 8th episode into an extended special like Battlestar Galactica: The Plan etc.
Have been a big fan of his dark materials since I was a kid and I am LOVING the TV series well done bad wolf and everyone who is involved
As an italian, I loved the concept of Cittàgazze. All the details and the writings in italian were really on point! It was like being in a costal town of Italy.
👍
I saw Joel Collins designed the altheometer, brilliant.! I would love to know who designed made the subtle knife?
Presumably there were no wheelchair users in Cittagazze!
I’ve been pronouncing it as seet-agazze. It’s cheet-agazza
Cheet-ah-gat-zay.
Cheet-tah Gah-tzeh
