- Do you enjoy your period? Although it may seem impossible for some women, I can guarantee that if you implement these five tips, month after month, you will be well on your way to enjoying your period. Especially the first one! Cyclical embodiment is a PRACTICE, there is no need to be perfect - a little goes A LONG way. 🤗
Find freedom from shame, pain, burnout, and more by intentionally living in tune with your menstrual cycle and cyclical nature. My name is Gabrielle and I am the founder of Rosie Moons Co. I am on a mission to empower females to overcome their predisposed perspectives on their bodies, menstrual cycles, and menstrual blood; through mediums of menstrual art, scientific understanding of their female bodies, and conscious embodiment of their cyclicality. I love this. I used to think it was normal to take pain killers for the first day of every period. It might be 'common' but that doesn't mean it's how my body should be experiencing my period if everything was in balance. When I started paying more attention to my cycle and doing things to balance my hormones, in particular reducing caffeine and sugar throughout my luteal phase, my periods went from painful to completely painless. I can't belive it took 20 years to realise that periods could be completely painless!
THIS 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Yes, yes, yes! Absolutely, the caffeine & sugar thing is huge. Blood sugar balance is critical in the luteal phase! I have also found that consistent, phase specific exercise throughout my cycle helps heaps as well. Thank you for watching & sharing this huge win that is your birthright! So happy for you, Anna ❤️
Menstrual disc is awesome, one of the best buy of my life!
Thanks for sharing! I couldn't agree more 😍
Idea for a next video: try out different menstrual products and give your critique on them.
Oh! LOVE this idea. 🩸 Will definitely give this a go! It won't be for the next video so any critiques can be as authentic as possible but sometime in the near future, absolutely. Thanks for the idea 💕

My pleasure! Thanks for watching ❤️
Thankyou Gabrielle ❤ very cool and interesting 🥰
Thank you for the feedback & for taking time to watch ❤
You can try free bleeding and changing pads more while you can’t. Tampons can make your cramps worse, although I’m not sure if menstrual discs and cups do the same thing. Free bleeding is taking towels you won’t use or anything else you can bleed on and sitting/lying on them.
@@alicia234 yesss I have tried free bleeding! 🩸 I have two boys that are 3 years & under so it’s not super practical for my life right now. And I feel that it’s not the most practical thing for most modern women, unless they make the space to, of course 🤍 You’re right tho, I would never recommend tampons under any circumstances. Menstrual cups are great, unless the suction is bothersome. Menstrual disks are the best though because there is no suction effect!
Are these great ideas? Yes
Will i do the work and eg try out different period products snd track my menstrual cycle? No too lazy 😂
😂😂😂 It's completely up to you! Lol
I’ve really enjoyed my moon since I first got it, I remember how excited I was as a kid to get it. Society teaches us to dislike it but actually it’s just a lovely and sacred experience we are blessed to have as women♥️
Yes, I couldn’t agree more!! I’m so glad you’ve had that experience ❤️ My hope is that more women can feel the same way 🫶🏼
