Hi Cap! I’m not an audiophile..but I’ve been fascinated by the lacquer debate. Hope it goes well for you. I’ve got a 70’s pressing of A Kind Of Blue..’Flameco Sketches’ is perfect. I’m a Bill Evans fan sine I heard ‘Nardis’ on ‘Turn Out The Lights. My favourite Bill is the track ‘Never Let Me Go’ on the album’ Alone’ very special. Great video.
Hi. I was born 59 also. Love kind of blue. I had a noisy copy also. Big hassle getting it replaced. I got the John Coltrane lacquer number 9. Also have the bill evans mofi box. Got it when it came out.

Where do you buy outer sleeves for single LP and double LPs (gatefold), please? If you can post a link to it or type the name of supplier and I’ll look for it. Thanks.
Hello Looder. The gatefold outer sleeves shown in the video are from Audio Anatomy (50 x 12" PVC Gatefold Outer Sleeves (100 Micron)). I got mine from a Danish (web)shop: en.imusic.dk/page/artist/Audio%20Anatomy . I think A A has their own webshop. The single sleeves I bought in a physical shop in Copenhagen (the are a bit sturdier / thicker - app. 130 micron which I prefer). Both types have "orange peel" surface, so the jacket doesn't stick to to the outer sleeve.
