Goodmorning... Dear Rashmi .. thankyou for ur videos . Can I ask you something.. ? Is it possible to know the calories burned while we do yoga practice.. ? Does your smart watch show it? If so can you pls add that too in the description.. ?...
Everybody is different. Depending on your age, weight, height, metabolism, gender etc you burn calories. For me to say that this workout burns 100 calories would probably be incorrect as it’s different for different people. It’s also best not to count calories when you workout. Go with how you feel and how much more you can do without counting calories
