    I really appreciate the Fit in 15 and Fit in 20 series because sometimes I don't have time or motivation to commit to a long workout. But even these short ones make me feel a lot better.

    Hi Rashmi. Love your workouts.
    A request is, if possible please set up ads at the start or end of the videos instead of the middle, it’s distracting from the calm peaceful mood while doing yoga.

    This routine worked up a nice sweat, required my full attention and also a lot of fun.

    Still need to practice to achieve the heel touching the floor during side lunge, as I kept falling on my butt 😅.
    Going to do one of your knee strengthening videos with a special focus on my left knee as I felt a slight pain there when doing the squat side to side movement.
