I subscribed because this is one of those rare channels where the filmmaker has remembered that we are meant to be making films and be creative, and not obsess about colour grading and lenses !!!
Nice work
💯💯🔥
"I could care less" Priceless! Haha
I really like the first look with the woman walking through the house. You should show how you got that look.
😄 I found this to be humorous and very edifying. I totally agree with all that was said, because I myself have done this with great satisfaction from clients.
Love your attitude, looks amazing!!!
Stay creative!! I love it!!
Hello Man with the deep voice! Btw love your tutorial, “there are no rules”, also you got to the point. Thank you.
Brilliant. Well said.
I like your humor. I still have the GH4 with the Atomos Shogun and so far I'm only scratching the surface of it's potential. I am one who does care about lenses and lighting / grading. This is still an amazing camera which rivals other so-called "professional" cameras. Creativity comes from the creator, not the equipment, although my GH4 certainly helps.
Wooow amazing
Excellent, excellent work, brother! ☮️
I think it looks fantastic!
Really amazing Look....
Love it. Keep it up.
Where have you been all my GH4? Excellent everything, brother. Going to sit down with wifey this eve and watch Mutant. It looks great!
Informative, quick and funny. Nice one bro. Subscribed! :)
Love your frank videos man
Amazing. Based. Helpful. Subscribed!
Agree with you with this log stuff, I don't know what i'm doing either so I stopped trying a long time ago. I shoot in portrait mode because... it sounds legit to record faces
Agreed ... log stuff seemed so complicated ... on my Gh4 I started to lean on vivid, 4k 100mb 24p and mp4 (I like skin tone mp4 for some reason) lol
“Smmoooooth”
Good stuff! I like using lumetri scopes to monitor the highlights and darks
Thanks greatly helpful
cool video!
Thanks
Hahahahahah you make me laugh. Crazy style but i like it. Subed and will keep watching.
Brilliant dude, simple, nice and fucking honest. I#ll give that a try soon. Thanks for sharing and good luck xx
I have to subscribe you are amazing good sir.
nice
Very nice! I like your stile, simple but great result.
I think I'm just lazy and like to get things done so I can move on to the next project haha.
@@SwedishFilmmaker 😁
But I couldn’t care less!! :) great job!!!
Lmfao i love this guy lol
My german friend!
Nada mal aun el gh4 le queda power
Bra råd att ta till sig nu när jag precis köpt den kameran! :)
u used the same lut for the first clip? looks great :)
Yes, I'm kinda stuck with that one haha
Shoot with cined and use the Leming Lut ....
What mic do you use in ghis video
Nice !!! теперь буду пробовать в натуральном профиле !! V-log l Cine D сплошные шумы, щас буду тестить натуральный профиль.
He said "now I am going to try in the Natural profile. ... tons of noise, now I am going to test Natural profile."
And btw, I love your attitude. I am the same. But lemmings will be lemmings, sheep will be sheep, and I could not care less than I do what they think. That said, I listen to tons of perspectives, but draw my own conclusions. And as a beginner, I have a shitload to learn, so I am grateful for everyone's videos.
What lens/lenses were you using for these shots?
Let's see, the Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 and the Lumix 14mm F2.5
did you used speedbooster with tamron?
Sub bro, good stuff !
What’s the shutter speed of this footage?
The 25 fps stuff is 1/50 and the 96 fps (100 fps sorta) is at 1/200. I use 180 degree shutter angle so I never really touch the shutter speed cause it changes it automatically.
@@SwedishFilmmaker ok I watch your Hollywood shutter speed video so I was wondering if you applied it to this
Every time I go to export and upload it on UA-cam it looks like crap what render settings are u using
Nothing special at all, just a regular h264 export in Premiere. They also have presets for UA-cam video exports by the way
Standard Film Team thanks man
Would you still recommend a GH4 today ?
If you can get it for a good price and if the GH5/GH5S series is out of your price range. That said, the tech is almost 5 years old now and I've learned to work around its limitations.
@@SwedishFilmmaker I picked up a GH4 for $600, and now on B&H GH5 is going for $1500 so your chance is now!
I picked up 2 x Gh4 in last 6 months ... one for $450 and second one last week for $350 ... I could get gh5 , but Gh4 price/value is so good now ... (I still have my original Gh3 from 2013 lol)
@@PVMMAC sell me one
Hello, I need your advice. I am a beginner as film director and I want to buy a GH4 can I have your contact please?
Any general guidelines on ISO and shutter speed?
Sold the GH4 3 years ago so I don't remember the cleanest ISO setting, somewhere between 200-400. Shutter speed is about personal preference, some people are not that bothered and use it as an additional tool to expose an image and others (me included) go by the 180 degree rule (shutter angle). As an example if I shot in 25 fps my shutter speed is at 1/50 (fps X2). I have my shutter angle on at all times and keep it at 180 so I don't have to change shutter speeds when I change frame rates.
Is Gh4 have image stabilizer?
no
What lens was this shot on?
The cowboy scenes were shot with the Lumix 14mm F2.5 and the rest with the Tamron 17-50m F2.8 I think.
What lens did you use
I think it's a mix of the Lumix 14mm F2.5, Olympus 25mm F 1.8 and a Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 paired with a speedbooster if I'm not mistaken 🎥
When is the GH6 out?
Have no idea, there's a new Micro 4/3 sensor in the works but if it's related to Panasonic that's another question. There's no release information so far about a potential GH6.
Hello !!!How fast you shoot video ?
Framerate?
@@SwedishFilmmaker Yes.
@@torestudio-ov2bj 25 fps and shutter speed 1/50 because Europeness
Haha svensk
Vart köper man denhär som billigast?
Vad är din editing program?
The lens ??
Most of the clips were shot with the Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 with a Lens Turbo Speedbooster, the clips with me in a cowboy hat were shot with the Lumix 14mm F2.5
were these shot in 8 bits?
Yes, 8-bit internally on the 5 and a half year old GH4
GH 4 OR 5D MARK III ?.
Totally depends on your needs really. Don't know about the codecs on the Canon, its almost 10 years old now right?
I subscribed cause I couldn't care less too.
Thank you, now we can care less together haha
