I hope my ex heals, he can’t ever comeback to me but he needs to be a good example to our baby. He’s too busy chasing a bust down who competes with my baby for his attention(usually she wins) he thinks if karma hasn’t hit him yet it’s not gonna come back around for what they did to me.
It’s beyond mental illness. Ownership. Humility. Many years of therapy. I pray for eyes to see and ears to hear constantly. We share children but we are not together.

When you tell him you have lost yourself and you are in pain and all he can say is "that’s your problem" or "don't be so negative" or "I'm sick of you being negative" when all you are trying to do is open up and pour your heart out choking on tears. He laughs in your face repeatedly and feels more empowered to scream when he sees you upset. Nothing hurts more.
My ex boyfriend recently passed away (he was married also) but I was told by mutual friends and family that he was still talking about me saying how he regrets losing me 🎯💯 goes to show he did have regrets …didn’t realize it till it was too late though
