As someone who has been interested in the old bodybuilders of the 40's like Steve reeves, Clarence ross, and john gimmick, this video seems very beneficial. My goal is to have the physique of a Greek god, and to also have the strength of one like Olympic Weight lifters. I think I might do a 2 month rotation between bodybuilding and Olympic Weight lifting to achieve my goals. I have found that I REALLY like clean and jerks as they are just a fun movement to perform.
do i need some sort of requirements to get a coach for Olympic weightlifting because i want one but i dont know if i need to be like good or will they build me from the ground up ??

Never go barefoot for olympic Lifting.
normal shoes are too squishy so barefoot but just be careful not to crush your shit😭
