Greetings Brother Eric ... When you move, I will definitely miss these walk-throughs of your farm. Everything looks amazing. I wish I were closer. I would definitely come to buy some sugar apples. Are you taking any philodendron cuttings to the new property? Have a great day .,... much love and respect
This was the first year we did not sell Mangoes because it was such a bad year for production🐸We have plenty of Mangoes that are being grown where their are not any Zebus grazing but not having any manure around will open up all selling contingencies🐸Ugh❤️🐸thank you
Man those sapodillas are good looking. My sylas woods tree is still only like a 1 gallon purchased from Lara Farms. Never had sapodilla but id love to try one
It seem to just get bigger and bigger, unlike sweet potato that die back and rot yearly, some of our casava is 5 years old. I am unsure what is happening with the tubers🐸❤️thank you
I was working on our food forest ( planting banana pups) and I think I heard u say u would take banana pups in November. We are similar climate to you and I’ve found that planting banana pups that close to winter is not very successful. Do u find it’s ok at that time of year ?
Here in Vero I always plant Bananas when it’s cooler and drier and they always grow well🐸I might have to adjust my planting time up North of here but I am still gonna try in November/December, #*’e will tell🐸thanks for the warning I wiill do more to protect them up there than I normally would, maybe just plant the rhizome🐸❤️thank you
In order to evaluate the purchase of this business, a person would want to see documentation that the farm produces regular income, at least 10% net annually of your asking price, so about 170K per year. I am seeing more of a hobby farm here, a love for trees but no business management practices in place.
Which is why we are selling and of course the fruit trees add zero value to the price and is why we are selling as Single family residential on 10 acres🐸❤️thank you
Just wondering, is this a basic rule of thumb? For example, 10% of $2 million is $200,000. How much do you typically earn from the fruit - around $10,000 or $20,000?
@@bachphi1 we are selling a house not a business🐸I clearly state that we are not into it and are looking for someone that is into nursery, seed, fruit sales🐸I will say it again there is zero value given for the fruit trees in this pricing, they are a bonus or unfortunately most likely not🐸❤️thank you

Grafted sapoillas can definitely take there time growing, as much as I hated doing this, removing small fruits helped mine grow🐸Thank you❤️
Does the cassava go bad after a while if it is not dug up?
