This video focuses on two technical questions for using Secure Set Spray Foam: (1)How far can we push the high-density spray foam through a piece of CPVC pipe to fill difficult-to-reach voids and (2) how long will Secure Set Spray Foam take to come out the other end? To answer these questions, we test the foam spray with 50 feet of CPVC pipe and time how long it takes for the spray foam to emerge from the other end of the length of pipe. We provide some some safety tips and best practices for using Secure Set Spray Foam to fill deep, difficult-to-reach voids such as you might find in sidewalk, driveway, pool deck, pool and other washout situations. Also, as a bonus, the latter half of the video is an instructional segment on how to cut back the nozzles and securely fasten them to a 1/2" OD - 3/8" ID CPVC tube so they will not come loose during a project.
