These workouts are helping me realize just how dysfunctionally tight my hip flexors are. That makes split lunges really hard to do with good form. I've come to the point of removing weight and focusing on just getting the form right so I don't hurt myself, and so that the muscle groups fire properly. Now I know why it's been so hard to build legs - form, flexibility and function matter a lot! Another excellent workout (I did this one yesterday), thanks Vera! :)
So glad you enjoyed it! And great job on realizing this and removing the weight! You’ll build up strength in no time. Just 2 years ago I was constantly straining one of my hip flexors until I slowed things down and really focused on my form and engaging the core properly 💪🤍

OMG the whole workout was so good and the sweat was just pouring out then those darn Copenhagen planks I literally got cold and thought I must be hallucinating! It's ok you know why because you are making us stronger and I modified and did 10 on each side. I promise I'll get there. Seriously another wonderful workout day 27 ✅🔥 Thank you Vera🥰

The Copenhagen side plank was a killer had to keep pausing at times. Had a mixed selection of dumbbells to, tried to go as heavy as possible. Thanks again for all your hard work that goes into designing these fabulous workouts, it is very much appreciated.
I found yesterday’s and todays workouts very tough! The Copenhagen planks was an epic fail! I see you posted a modification so I will be watching it! Even though I struggled I really liked the formats! Tomorrow I’ll be doing day 28!! Can’t wait! I have to say….. Vera… you are the best trainer I’ve ever followed❣️

Man those single leg squats made me realize how much weaker my left side is. Any advise on that?
We all have imbalances in our bodies - unilateral exercises are just really good at showing us those. Keep working, it will get better with time 💪💪

You could lie on your side, put top leg across bottom leg and then lift the bottom leg up 💪💪 and some side plank leg lifts if you’re able to 💪
