Fun fact: In real life, Jerry went to the restaurant of the real Soup Nazi, Albert Yeganeh, who screamed at Jerry and kicked him out for parodying him. But Jerry sent in his girlfriend to buy soup later that day. Jerry said it was the most delicious soup that he had ever tried.

I tried to be home in time for the full episode, but traffic was an issue (specifically that semi truck) & I got home about 10 minutes late.
Having Tea With the Devil I enjoy all Seinfeld episodes
I didn't enjoy it in the 90s cause I was younger. Now in my 30's I love this show!

I've been that George, trying to order a cup of only caramel sauce at McDonalds in Amsterdam, high asf. I even prepared before I walked in, holding the bill ready in my hand. Walked out, confused, without any caramel sauce and still holding my bill.

According to the price list in the background, it's 16 oz of soup for $2.99 and 32 oz for $3.99. Not sure if this sort of pricing is/was common in NYC? In any case, quite surprising that George and Jerry both go for a medium! :-)

The sequence would make more sense to order the food, collect it, and then move over to the cashier to pay.
That way, the Soup Nazi handles the food, but not the money.
It seems they didn't practice the ordering/paying process properly.

Kenny Banya calls himself a comedian- has zero sense of irony.
Were you born this stupid, or did you take lessons? "Kenny Banya" is just a character on Seinfeld. And that role was written so that he would be a lousy comedian. The guy's real name is Steve Hytner and he was a lot better in real life comedy clubs. I'm not saying he's better than Sam Kinison or Jon Stewart, but he's funnier than the Banya character.
