33 Immortals Was the Most Pleasant Playable Surprise of the Xbox Showcase

We played a six-player round of 33 Immortals, the upcoming 33-player co-op action roguelike from the makers of Spiritfarer. We were duly impressed by the way the game design encourages cooperative play and makes it feel unique to the many other roguelikes out there.

this game is shockingly coherent in its gameplay. im also very encouraged by the inspiration from Dante. not too many games interpret his trilogy in such a literal way & that's really cool
