Love the inclusion of the body parts, really makes this mini stand out. Highlights look quite good on this model, well done! Shame about those darn mold lines but on the table at gaming distance I'm sure it looks great.
Thank you again! Yeah I wanted to make these stand out a bit and yeah my sick mind thought of bodyparts! Hahahaha! Yeah mould lines is hell man but yeah good for the tabletop! :D
Seeing the inclusion of the skulls has me thinking of merging the graveyard golem with an earth elemental to have my pcs attacked by unhallowed ground. Keep up the great work and the inspiration to us watching!
Great job, though I really don't understand why many people who paint air elementals insist on using blue. If you've ever seen a tornado, it's primarily shades of white and grey.
Well I have not seen an actual tornade IRL but for me the inspiration was sort of that dark-blue storm cloud, also, I was aiming to make it a bit more "fantastic" than "realistic" :) Thanks for the comment! :D
Will you please paint a Space Marines? It doesn't matter what chapter, just a Space Marines. The reason why is because you always have a special touch, like the way you did this air elemental. Im just very curious as to what you would do! And as always another OUTSTANDING job 👍🤘
You putting in the skulls made me think about spiraling sand from the bottom to the top and working in the sand color into the elemental, much like tornadoes
Yeah that would have been even better!!! Also I would have loved a bit more texture in the mini which sand would have solved! I might look into that! ;) Thanks for commenting!
Wow, the whole video I was wondering why you were talking about how awful the mold lines are because I didn't see them at all... But then the action shots let me see them haha! I think you did a great job of redirecting the attention from the mold lines. I wonder if all of that model has such obvious mold lines?
Thank you for the comment! Yeah it seems like this one was like split into 5-6 parts. Personally I would have preferred it not being transparent since I didn't take advantage of that. Not sure if that affects the production of it hence the amount of mold lines.
I am so happy you enjoy the videos! Yeah those "boxes of shame" tend to get larger ;) I think those were from Warlord Scenery. They were called Farm Animals or something like that! Hope it helps! Thanks again! 👍
Every time people complain about mold lines, I'm just like, "what's the problem?" I even barely see them in my own minis. I don't go all extra with air brushes and all that though, since you barely see detail like what they're complaining about when you're sitting 5 feet away...idk, it just doesn't bother me and isn't that worth it to get worked up about.

That sounds like an AWESOME idea! Do it man! :D Thanks for the kind words! :)
Great work as usual Leif!
Thank you dear sir! :D
I never though to add stuff to my Wizkids minis. This is amazing!
Thank you kindly Matt!
Fantastic idea to deal with the mold lines! this guy, to creative for youtube!
Haha! Thank you! Not so sure about that but regardless I appreciate the sentiment! :D
is it too creative or to creative
Once again - BRILLIANT
Hahahaha! This one gave me some serious headache before I cam up with a "good" solution! 👍😅
Another amazing elemental! Love how you utilized the skulls. Im going to have to get a pack of them skulls. Great work
Thank you man! Yeah the skulls have been used now and again. Supergood thing to have next to you when doing bases, terrain etc!
A nice touch to add the skeletons, a really creative addition.
Nicely done Leif!
Thank you kindly!
I liked the idea of using the skulls and body parts.
Thank you dear William! Yeah I kind of like it! I made it mine at least! :D
love the added skelly bits :)
Yeah thanks man! That was the saving grace for this one! :D

Oh thank you so much! You know what? I am going to expand my minipainting beyond D&D so a Space Marine might very well be in the near future! ;)
@@DevsDice I'll be waiting brother!👍

@@DevsDice thanks! Watching you playing around with basing stuff makes me wish I had some myself.
meganclare7 Yeah sometimes I find basing really fun! It sort of ties everything together! :)
Good job.... Totally should of gone sharks instead of skulls thou 😂
Haha! You are the second one to say so! Clearly this was a missed opportunity! :D
Same guy, just have a different name on UA-cam 👍
@@cornholiomcnugget2052 Haha! Okay then! :D

Great work, love all your painting videos, still working my way through them all!
Where are those Plastic farm animal sprues from?

Well good for you Andrew! 👍😃
Nice job. I have this mini too and those mold lines really are awful.
Thank you Christopher! Yeah I still wake up at night all sweaty and feverish over this model! ;)
I thought comments where more important than likes.
I honestly have no idea. I appreciate it all! 👍❤️
I am disappointed you just sprayed away the transparency.
Ok, thanks for letting me know! 🙂
