I was ghosted once and it was from a girl I was intimate with. Well, kind of ghosted. She answered me and said she wanted to hang and we'd make plans but then either something would come up or she wasn't reaching out to me. I then saw her at a party a day we were supposed to hang out and I found out later that one of my so called friends was a bit of a hater and has been trying to get with her. She either ditched me for him, was waiting for him, he pressed her and she got caught having options, or whatever else. I didn't stick around to find out.
Ever since then, I never allowed myself to be put in that position again. This was when I was around 21. I quickly discovered having as many options as possible and always being busy was the best medicine. If you're always unavailable, you don't have to play games and you don't have time to worry about who is calling you back. When I first started dating who is now my wife, I almost drove away because she made me wait outside for 10 minutes as she was getting ready. I literally started driving and she called me. At the time, I couldn't give two shits what happened so when she apologized and asked if I was really going to leave I told her "Yeah. You're swimming with a shark". Glad she wasn't 15 minutes late instead of 10 because she's a great mom and housewife.
She dumped Luke because he was the type to have a radio station call a girl that ghosted him 4 months ago.

I once took a girl home after a Christmas work party. Literally as we were in bed naked about to bang she grabbed her phone and started sending a text message. I asked what was she doing and she replied "Texting my boyfriend to let him know I won't be home tonight" My last girlfriend ended our relationship because I told her I will never get married. I've banged way to many married/taken women to know that in the right circumstances every single one of them will cheat.

happened to me… by my ex’es various “friends” one even sent her some money! i was heartbroken… when i confronted her about this she had the audacity to deny it and claim they were just “friends” she then dumped me… i actually broke the NC a few times… willing to forgive/forget… she could NOT accept the facts… she then blocked me! no hard feelings though… im a man and i just won’t accept this from a woman no matter how much “love” there was

Dan definitely was showing some autistic tendencies (I'm only saying that because he mentioned when he first got on that his friends think he may be slightly autistic). Saying that he's an "8" overall was a big stretch. His self assessment on his looks tied it all together.
Daniel S. is 5’-6” and weighs 210 pounds; yeah, he’s definitely overweight. He’s definitely a stocky guy. I agree with Rich’s advise about cutting weight and dressing appropriately once the weight is gone. Perhaps he should look at a few other UA-cam channels, such as Alpha M or Real Men Real Style for style advise.
Seriously though, I’m 5,7 and 150 and still have some fat to loose. Maybe he’s just “big boned”😂

Lol. Yeah, I have another friend who I’ve known since I was a kid. I’m 47 now. He’s been with his missus for 15 years, he’s 48 (live together, two kids, not married) and he’s only with her because of the kids. Too scared to pull the plug. Was telling me the other day he sees women his age at the school gates when he’s picking his kids up and isn’t attracted to them at all. I try saying that it’s natural to not be sexually attracted to women in their late 40’s, due to our biology. He just says I don’t understand why a woman in her 20’s would be interested in a man in his 40’s or 50’s.

This was one of your best episodes, Rich. Thanks for warning us beforehand; you pulled no punches in the video calls and I can tell the guys appreciated your brutally honest assessments! I definitely have a lot of work to do and can relate to a couple of the callers here. That Mason guy definitely appeared like a chad and IMO, just needs a major mindset overhaul after he takes care of separation business with the lady he's with. I think he'll do alright with meeting new women after that is said and done. Yeah, Daniel Lee and David S really need to work on building and solidifying their physiques especially since they seem pretty bent on dating 7 or 8 ladies, but don't foresee them getting even close to attaining that goal right at this time.

There is no single solution to something so complex.The book explains what has been so confusing to so many men, driving some to suicide, and does offer advice on things to do. Getting to a deep understanding of themselves, women and inter-sexual dynamics takes real work. Wanting easy answers and solutions is just another symptom of the weakness this culture has created in men through instant gratification.

I would divorce no matter how expensive, I would live a more concise, minimalist lifestyle and concentrate on my kid and date casually, he's still only 30, maybe at 40 years old I would remarry but using a strong frame, solid game and mental point of origin, at 40 he can easily get a 28 year old and build a life on his term this time.

All that needs to be sold and/or transferred long before talks of divorce. He was the person with the finances. He set her up with a business. If he fell on hard times she would divorce him immediately to protect her interests.

Being a Nice Guy and a Good Man, are not remotely the same thing. And it is crucial that all men know the difference, whether you're trying forge a relationship, or simply get your life in order.
Just bought your unplugged alpha book and am ready for it to arrive. Been getting back into reading and just changing my life for the better. Glad I came across your channel for sure.
The book just came in two days ago and I am about to reread it already. I certainly place myself as a 3-4/10 currently with very high potential as I am making the cuts and taking the risks needed gradually to produce the best version of me in the coming years. With that said, the blue lens that has been held in front of my eyes for so long has begun to shatter and now is turning red as I begin to truly open my eyes to the world around me. Your book has shown me how pathetic I have made my life to be, it is disgusting yet exciting because I am now hitting full throttle on my physique, my mental well being (even more so than before) and just overall not wasting my time on the pointless cycles that loop people through societies standards and ideologies.
I was adopted at a young age, never met my biological father and honestly probably won't ever. My adoptive father though,he got played and rolled over like a beta bitch while my adoptive mother fucked the other beta abusive shithead that was welcomed into the family. These lessons I've since become aware of through your words are sticking and melding into what has been a void space, being that I've had to unlearn the unhealthy beta tactics and lifestyle from those around me. If I had not started this process mentally a year ago it would be another year that I'd be taking to make the switch while also taking in what I am now from this book. It's by no coincidence this is formulating the way it is, you've given me the perspective I've sought for so long. I intend to use it in its fullest, through trial and error.

Mason needs to talk with a family law attorney for advise, just in case he needs to bounce, or if she turns on him and kicks him to the curb. She’ll expect to receive 1/2 of his/their assets. Oh, and her salon? She’s probably taking 10% to 20% (maybe more) cash out of the business, and not reporting this money to the IRS. This could be my brother (minus the children in the house) talking to Rich. The day the divorce decree was signed by the judge, ex-wife actually asked my brother, on the steps outside the courthouse, if they could go out for lunch and drinks to discuss how they’ll “move forward together”! Nope, he told her there is NO together, and there will never be a ‘together’.
"It's going to cost you a pound of meat to get out of this" as a man that was raised in a "broken home" my sense is that it will end sooner or later. Pay a pound now or 5 pounds over time... If guys wait til the kids are grown they might get out of paying as much, but they will never get back the time they spent in purgatory or hell. Rip the bandaid off now and start rebuilding.
I relate to Daniel in terms of him saying complex things are easy for him, I think he should optimize losing weight, changing his facial hair and hair style, figuring out a basic capsule wardrobe and just getting used to having casual social interaction with strangers.

Daniel should be hitting the golf course, getting golf skills, and then using that to pull golf chicks.
On a first date, you should ask her, "Did you bring birth control? I did." That will break the ice and the Beta fence, and add some heavy humor. If it doesn't, move on.
That's actually a genius ice breaker. You'll get a clear as day idea of whether or not she was actually down to smash on the first encounter or not and you will sexualize the convo in a way that minimizes risk of tense awkwardness if she's not down at all.
Train with a purpose. If you want to look like a bodybuilder you need to train like a bodybuilder. You won’t get shredded doing hiking, judo, CrossFit, etc.

You guys, Rich and the guys in the video, missed what the guy actually said, he said he bought her the neckless she "...had been talking about..." so he didn't just buy her a neckless, she had mentioned this at least a few times if what he said is true, he takes her out to dinner and bought her that neckless SHE HAD BEEN TALKING ABOUT... the guy is way too nice for that chick and the chick is one of those that brings up or talks about her problems that need money to solve, I've met women like this, they talk about the issues they are dealing with, and they play it like IF you offer to help they take it, but if you say So what you expect me to solve it or pay for that, whey are you telling me about it, they laugh it off and say I was just kidding, you take things so seriously, but IF you take your wallet out and get the money out they will definitely take it... so take it back and walk away!!

I get ghosted because I purposely shit test these women by asking certain questions that weed out the toxic chicks. I'm 40 and decided that I want children so I have no time to waste.
I'm 5'8" (which means 5'9" on profiles) and at my heaviest I was ~185 lb and Christmas tree shaped with belly. I'm ~150 lb now and ripped. That's what you should aim for: less than 160 if you're my height.
I'm a CPT, Fitness Coach and competitive bodybuilder - and this guy Daniel, ah, bless him - he has some real reverse body dysmorphia. He should probably hire a trainer in his own area. If he's making as much money as he is boasting about, then that's one investment that will really help him.

Got ghosted once literally on a first date. She went to the bathroom and never came back lmao. TBH, I think it was because she could tell I really wasn't into her, she kind of catfished me- looked hot on pics and then in person she was chubby and caked with makeup and she kept trying touch me knee and I was moving away but still being nice enough to at least finish the drink with her at the bar. Made me feel like shit though because I felt like I was the one putting up with a crappy date. Anyway, ended up texting another chick soon as I realized what happened that I had been chatting with and ended up at her place minutes later and she was WAY hotter anyway and had an awesome night. So sometimes it's a blessing when these chicks go haywire.

Mason does need to understand the laws in his state, I agree. In CA, he would not need to pay for any of the 3 kids that are not his. Depending on their incomes, if his is higher, he would need to pay child support for their child, and spousal for half the time they were married. If their incomes are equal, he wouldn't have to pay much. If she is a stay at home mom, he will have to expect to have to pay much more. Again, in CA, this is a very serious issue legally. The Disomaster (sp?) is a computer program that Mason could purchase to find out exact payments, as long as they both have traceable incomes. It would be better for him to go thru court approved mediation, rather than utilize lawyers, which can be very expensive. Most people (90%) do not use lawyers to divorce in the states. The people that do are wealthy, and have complex financial profiles. Mason looks young, so I doubt this would be the case. Imo, Mason needs to know his legal rights / financial picture in his particular state.
Emotionally, to stay on with someone he isn't happy with, basically to save $, is pretty depressing, especially at such a young age. After he has some financial answers, then he has some soul searching to do, as to whether or not to stay. His child is in the mix here, so to be as amiable as possible is very important, if only for the child's sake. Good luck & take care :)
Yeah I’ve been there with those mistakes in my younger years . They teach you the biggest lessons with women. They are ruthless and will hit a genuinely good guy with decent intentions exactly where it hurts. She was spinning plates and he wasn’t. It’s a hard pill to swallow but ultimately it makes you much wiser with Women and they’re lessons that need to be learnt.
