From my young experience, it's always the fear to set expectations, follow them consistently, and set boundaires with others that OFFER to interject in your dreams. Every problem stems from lack of self-esteem and fear of confronting others, while protecting the truth. It's always a problem of fear in the most basic level.

Yeah you’re fighting an up hill battle, usually boys who are raised by single mothers don’t grow into men, they grow into beta males , he needs a masculine figure in his life. Look at people from Asia or the Middle East, they always a father around and they grow into a strong masculine man that can do things, is strong, and has drive in life. Me I my father wasn’t around. I learnt the hard way. Please do not dismiss this information for your son sake: rich agrees, all redpill agrees. Single mother houses is what’s wrong with the world. We shouldn’t have people not seeing their kids or people not letting the father seeing their kids , it destroys them. If I become A father I will be there for them no matter what. Six months ago I cut off a NPD woman I’ve loved for almost 50 years after a 30 year division. Just prior to “I’m done” I did a lot of research on NPD. Dr. Phil’s- ‘Phil in the Blanks’ was one of the channels on UA-cam. I guess the algorithm brought me here? I’ve only been here about a week and I really like your stuff and the validation I’ve gotten. I used to be ‘that guy’ cleaning up cat 🤮. I grew up under a Narcissistic mother that literally ‘beta beat’ my dad (an ex-Navy WWII fighter pilot) so badly he ended up scattering his brain in her driveway. I’m 70 and I just wish you the best and I wish the wealth of knowledge available on UA-cam was around decades ago. I can tell you there are just many red flag 🚩 women in their mid 60’s and they’re cast in the role of everything an Alpha man doesn’t need. Most have divorced or deceased men in their past and they have a financially ‘secure’ revenue stream that gives them a sense of entitlement. Anyway way, I am really enjoying your channel. To the dude cleaning up after the cats; cut your loss and never bow down again.

Since I retired in 2019 I’ve gotten more vocal on the importance of lifting weights, functional fitness as a man along with a diet that works with your energy expended. I observed that it was bothering family members and long time friends. The short of this story, don’t waste your breath on people who are insecure or vice versa. I just ended a relationship with a woman who I thought was legitimate LTR potential. Dated for 2 months and it went damn near perfect, then 1 weekend she gets drunk and picked a fight over non issues and because I was essentially looking at her with rose colored lens, I gave in and and started arguing with her. Was a total blow out and she proceeded to keep the argument going over text/phone calls the next two weeks, acting like a completely different person that the one I had been spending time with the past months and generally being completely unreasonable and crazy. Oh god I dealt with the constantly calling me when I left her place. It’s like I’m going back to my dorm tonight or I need to stay later at the lab tonight I’m not coming over. There were days that she’d make me feel guilty and lure me back that I’d end up sleeping over when I didn’t want to. And I’d always get irritated and leave and then she’d call saying “I don’t want you to end up crashing when you’re upset comeback” sure I’ve tried ignoring my phone but then I’d get several voicemails

I had to deal with the cat cleanup too at one point. Because she had a gag reflex to picking up cat waste which is why she’d have me do it. Yet the cats came with the apartment they were a pain in that they were indoor/outdoor cats without licenses and vet appointments so one time they brought in fleas one time she took in her friends stray temporarily til they could get an apartment that accepted pets and she’d keep the cat food out all day for the kitten that the cat would shit so much that the box had to be changed every 2-3 days I ended up taking care of her friends stray it sucked. No the cat wasn’t sick you overfed the thing

occam's razor is meant to be a heuristic to search for the simplest explanation. what it isn't is a criteria for correctness or understanding. it's worth pointing out that distinction because there's plenty of examples of the use of occam's razor to oversimplify an explanation for the sake of simplicity over accuracy. if one can't succinctly explain something it's in part related to the gap in perspectives / aspects between two participants, even if they both know their domains in and out. case in point many mathematicians, quantum physicists, computer programmers etc could not work in the fields without fairly deep understanding, alas translating the concepts to "everyday" language can miss important distinctions. there's always a trade-off.

having listened to more of this one it's clear you're more talking about keeping decision-making simple rather than keeping an explanation simple. by not depending on an explanation that does make decision making simpler (less to consider and frees up energy for future broad decisions)

I’m a woman and I enjoy watching your videos. I’m interested in the male perspective and I agree with some of your advice. You absolutely have to be very mindful of who you invite into your life and if it’s not a hell yes, it IS a big f*Ck NO! It seems like trying to find the right person sometimes feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I sure wish I realized this and had the knowledge, wherewith all and sense to listen to my gut years ago. Sigh 😔
