I tried the NIBBI 19mm and had issues with fuel atomization compared to the NIBBI 17mm. I'd start with the 100 jet and work my way down. Probably end up somewhere in the 90s. Super high-quality carburetor and tuning is very forgiving.
I saw one other day one a bike, yd100 with pe18 carb on it. thing ran so nice. But 18 very hard to find. 19 was not sold by many either! But I think it's cause of chinese new year maybe! yeah will see how it plays out lol!
yeah they as nice freaking carbs! I have a 20mm black/red anodized type coming shortly to. People say they go even more crazy with shine inside lol so will see I guess when it comes!
That really is some Icandy. I hear some really good things about those carburetors. I would love to get my hands on that exact carburetor. I would love to have like an 18 or 19 mm nibbi .They are just the best.
yeah looks amazing lol! first one ever saw so small made by them! Apparently they have a 17,18,19,20 now. I got a 20 also coming but it's black/red anodized one. going to try it on the 54mm saw build
I can promise you you wont regret it! This my first "small" nibbi carb. was like butter to tune! Honestly I love Mikuni carbs and this just made me never want to buy one again lol so forgiving to setup! Motorized bicycles builds 47-50mm position builds yeah Nibbi pe18 I would be ready to go out of the box factory defaults. Just few tweaks to idle screw good to go! seriously!
I honestly never seen a mikuni made this well. I have like 5 of there carbs on builds. But honestly I dont think I buy one again after this carb lol so many jet options for nibbi and getting it tuned was way to easy. Lol
I was planning on finally ordering this exact carburetor today. But of course now, I can't find that intake adapter anywhere. I had it saved previously, but now apparently it's no longer available on ebay. Do you have a link for the same adapter or something else that will work?
That carb looks much better made than what came stock on most 80's & 90's motorcycles. Would have been really cool if they did the carb in anodized yellow & black aluminum or paint & the yellow & black foam filter with a design to look like a bumble bee..... Change the name/spelling to Nib-Bee " Nib-Bee carburetors....They sting the competition!"
@@BuildBreakFix I have the Zmn crank I heard you say that it’s probably OK for Saw cylinders should I check the stroke anyway or are they all that dimension?
I am trying to put one of these on my 50cc scooter that I did the 80cc BBK on. 19mm should be the right size for better top end. Having trouble finding an adapter that will take me from the carb flange to the existing manifold. Is that what the adapter in the video was for? Any suggestions?
I only found carb/adaptor combo. Can't find an adapter by itself. CDHPOWER Improved PZ20 Carburetor for Two Stroke Gas Engine Motor Kit 48CC/66CC/80CC/100CC/110CC YD100/PK80/LD100/LD90/LD80 a.co/d/9ikfoG3
What is that going on? 50cc build? Just figured I toss this out there! Find carb size on 2 stroke. Take the pistion diameter 2/5 of that +or- 1mm is size carb you need. Say 47mm piston. Is 18.8ish round it up 19mm. This why kits come with 19mm carbs. So 18-20mm carb would be the correct size for 47mm 2 stroke.
@@BuildBreakFix i definitely screwed up. I hadn't given much thought until you said something. I thought the inner diameter tubing on the intake coupler was 18mm, nope it's 20. I shoulda got the 19🤦
@@BuildBreakFix I did have a intake adapter thing that I'm making. I'll need to heat it up to slip onto the flange of the cylinder, kinda like you did. I can always spring for another next time if I can get it on there. Oh well live and learn, lol
110cc build? nope! We are going strait up lets see what it can do first! I figure it like this! This build is normally trash! No matter how much people grind the crap out of it still never runs well, most of the time worse then a 50cc lol So if you have one bare bones crushing it! then you know a done out one will be amazing. So once get a sold runner with a good vibe behind it i'll go all in on it!

Nice looking carb like that quality slide
I'm pressive! never knew they had smaller ones then 28mm! They must of just started making thes in last few months or something!
That's a sweet carb for $60! The quality looks like it's up there with Mikuni.

They! Red and black! With filter that matches
That's the same carb and filter I have on my minarelli 70cc
Eye candy on a minirelli then lol 😉👍
What size I’m thinking about it to either a pe22 or pe24
That’s on the phantom also so I wonder how it’s going to react with one being a saw cylinder, but with the same dimensions
yeah the other one I ordered 20mm one coming soon is going on my 54mm ms460 build.

Lots of mixed info. Manufacturers says 80-100cc. Then I see ppl saying need a bigger one. Anyways I guess I could just re jet or something

would a PE-19 fit the honda navi?
Yes it should fit fine. Identical to mikuni vm19 flange spacing most people use on those.
